The size and view of room
No place to relax and have a drink.Like a hostel!.From the entrance you had to go only to your room because the common areas were into renovation.UNACCEPTABLE to operate like that.If yes it should be half price!

This was my first time traveling to Istanbul as a solo female and it took me three tries to find the right neighborhood and hotel - I'm super happy with my choice. The location was safe and only a 1 minute walk to a train station so it was easy to get around. There are three shopping malls near the hotel and also many restaurants in walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful - all my calls to the service desk were picked up and addressed swiftly. Rooms were more spacious than I expected, well cleaned, and very comfy beds. The bar was undergoing renovations so I didn't get to try it out. Breakfast was good, nothing too spectacular but the fruit was really fresh which I appreciated.
The building was not as new as it looks in the pictures here, however everything is still in good condition.

Excellent service in all levels. Loved how everyone was attentive to my needs. Also room cleaning was perfect I went out to have breakfast and the room was cleaned super fast super cleaning! There are many restaurants outside which is nice to walk to. The room service food ( I ordered the gold burger ) was yummy!
Location : If you are planning to walk to the malls near by think twice because the only access is through the metro ( easy but takes longer) it’s a shame ( not the hotel problem though) that there is no direct access from the road. Second : the breakfast specially the Turkish coffee & croissants didn’t taste good

The room was clean and had everything I needed, very spacious and comfortable mattress which is something I look at usually. I didn't have time to try the breakfast but it was highly recommended. I had to leave my luggage at the reception after check-out as my flight was quite late in the evening and the staff kept it safely which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back again.

This hotel is one of the best in the world because of the people who work here. I have travel a lot, but experience in this hotel, especially for my birthday was excellent. I recommended highly!

I rented a car during my stay in Istanbul. The hotel charged me for valet parking each single time i leave the hotel, around 200 Turkish Lera each time.
Not a massive issue as i’m aware that valet parking is not for free in all hotels, but maybe worth mentioning here.
But all in all my stay was exceptional!
