Staff was super nice specially the front desk manager Ira. Location was great and good breakfast. Cool and hip style . Great value for the price.

We were ok with it but hotel elevator stopped functioning a few times and we had to take 6 flights of stairs ( which can use some cleaning) . The shower does not have a door and water can overflow to the rest of the bathroom. Additionally there are exposed beams on the ceilings which I liked, but some people may find unappealing and also gives off dust onto the light fixtures. But still even with all the dislikes , the price to value here is unbeatable .

The noise from the city wasn't blocked out by the windows. They could do with double glazing them to make it quieter for the guests.

a small group of friends, we stayed for one night and loved it. the room was quite spacious, breakfast was wonderful, and the small treats at the room were surprisingly good! no need to leave the property as everything we needed was in arm’s reach.

pool was a bit small. we had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, it was nice but the menu is quite limited.

Location is very good. In general it's a nice hotel. It's clean. Staff at breakfast is really friendly. Also the guy cleaning our room was very professional and friendly. Rooms are not big but comfortable beds and personal welcoming at the TV screen. Much choice at the breakfast. In the afternoon there's always water with fruit available in the lunch area. Pool is great. Not really to swim but nice to hang out. Water was lovely warm.

There's a kind of guy around the pool who introduced him as a lifeguard (I asked him for a drink but he told me he was not a waiter but lifeguard). But he is not watching the pool at all and I have seen him asking for cigarettes at least at 3 customers while I was sitting there. Day after he asked my friend for a cigarette. From my point of view it's not done. Breakfast is from 7 am till ... but if you go early not everything is available yet. We went there after the first night around 7.15 am and no eggs yet. We were told service would start after 10 min but nothing ... I would suggest that if you advertise an hour that everything is available from that time.

Bobo by Brown Hotels in Tel Aviv provided an outstanding stay from the moment we arrived. The impeccable tidiness and helpfulness of the staff further enhanced our overall experience. Lastly, the vibrant rooftop with a small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and enjoying a drink. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples seeking a memorable stay.

The constant email reminders about the check-in before arriving to the hotel felt a bit spammy at times. The automated Whatsapp messages were a nice touch but also perhaps a little too much at times.

Our stay at Brown Bobo has been absolutely brilliant - we ended up extending our stay as it was so great. The staff are all amazing too - super friendlier and efficient. The communication we received from the hotel before and during our stay was 10/10 - so accommodating, helpful and personable. The hotel itself couldn’t have been more perfect for my friend and I. Great atmosphere, beautiful decor, brilliant attention to detail in the rooms and around the hotel, and the rooftop pool was fabulous. Plus the location could not have been any more perfect! Thoroughly recommend staying here, we already want to come back!! Thank you SO much to the hotel team, you’ve all been wonderful and made our 2 week stay so special.

Nothing we didn’t like, but potential improvements include: - Better rooftop bar menu during the day - More equipment in the gym (might not be possible due to space) - Spa would be even better with a sauna!

Nice selection for breakfast, great that there were also a la carte dishes available. VERY, VERY friendly staff. I felt taken care of, reception called a few times asking if everything is ok and if there is anything I needed, which I found very thoughtful. Perfect location, walking distance to major attractions. A bottle of bubbly + a sweet treat were a touching addition to our stay, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Much reccomended!

Bathroom could benefit from minor repairs and a bit more thorough cleaning. It is also quite tiny, there aren't any hangers for the towels, which was a tad uncomfortable. In general the room isn't very spacious.

Nice welcome with free chocolate and champagne in the room and a beautiful welcome letter!! Reception staff competence was mixed, some where brilliant and helpful, others seemed to be very inexperienced and couldn't help much. We got complementary breakfast which was extremely yummy and a nice surprise.

hotel looks much more worn down than on the pictures and the breakfast / bar room looks deserted at night and not very initiating without windows... the rooftop restaurant was closed, as was the pool and the rooftop terrace. So in theory all the beautiful common spaces you see. on the pictures were either closed or without people. so no nice place to hang out and meet / see other people

Amazing staff, breakfast, location. Really enjoyed being able to work downstairs and the breakfast was great. Having a proper barista / cafe on site would be an awesome addition to this already fantastic hotel.

I was left wondering about the earthquake safety after the earthquake - having a note about earthquake strengthening and how secure the building is would be great, if the building meets modern standards as not knowing kinda freaked me out after the earthquake in Syria that happened during my stay.

The location in the center of Tel Aviv is good. The espresso coffee machine in the room is a great thing to have

The room was small and uncomfortable. the door connecting to the ensuite toilets/bathroom is heavy and uncomfortable, as you have to move aside in order to open it. The fact that this hotel started to overcharge for parking was really an unpleasant surprise, that will probably make me avoid booking this hotel in the future.
