We absolutely loved our stay at the townhouse! It was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and the location was ideal. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and multiple laundry machines during our stay. Thank you for being an amazing host!!

We were a group of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids). This place was spacious and comfortable for everyone. Place was very clean when we checked in. Communication was very easy with the property. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the house had 2 sets of washers/dryers. Hot tub was great for after spending a day on the mountain. Vail was a very short drive away. Loved our stay. We would stay again!

Our family group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and in great shape with no issues whatsoever! Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the Kitchen was set up with all the necessary cooking needs, plenty of bathrooms, large dining table, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes! Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience with our stay. We ran into 1 minor plumbing issue that was fixed immediately. Communication was amazing not only regarding the house, but recommendations around the area. The only slight negative was the thermostat was set to a preprogrammed temp that made it so hot during the day and in upstairs bedrooms. We couldn’t quite figure out how to override it. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Thank you!

We had a great stay with 2 families - 4 adults & 5 children. The property was very clean, had a ton of kitchen items to make cooking easy, and was very comfortable for our group. The location is also amazing - 5 minute drive to base of Beaver Creek. We had constant communication with the property managers and when we had a minor issue, they came out immediately to fix it. The only (again minor) issue we had was the thermostat was on a set program that we couldn’t quite figure out and it was really hot in the evening and upstairs bedrooms.

We enjoyed the hot tub every night listening to the river. Plenty of space for our family of ten. The room temperature was very different at each floor. Main level was perfect, upstairs hot and basement freezing. The host were great and responsive.

Last minute little get away to Vail. This property was so amazing!! The house is HUGE!! Plenty of bedrooms and gathering areas for large groups. It was just the hubs and I on this trip but I’d love to bring my kids and their SOs next time. The hot tub was just what we needed after a rainy day on the golf course. I love watching the Eagle River from one of the 3 patios. It’s so relaxing. The house is close enough to everything but not right in the middle of the hustle which was very nice. Super quite little area and even though you are in a town house you feel very much to yourself here. 💯 recommend staying here. I can’t wait to plan another trip to the area. I will definitely book this house again.

Nice mountain townhome
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is about 10 minutes to vail, and closer to beaver. This home comfortably accommodated our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids ages 16-21). Every bedroom has a full bathroom, and had plenty of room and different spaces for all to hang out. The river behind the home was relaxing to look at. If I was in the area again, I would definitely rebook.

College graduation trip
We had a wonderful visit. The house is perfectly located between Beaver Creek and Vail. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for a group of adults with separate living areas on two levels. We took advantage of the large hot tub every night and enjoyed the fireplaces. The rental agent was very attentive and easy to work with. She communicated with us during our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back. ~The Browns

Great stay
Our stay here was better than expected. The property was very spacious and had two lounge areas which was ideal for our group size. The new hot tub was a huge plus for after skiing. The property management team was very responsive and went the extra mile.

Bad news
The property had problems that had not been addressed. The basement had a wonderful room that couldn't be used because the previous people who had rented it, had melted the controller for the fireplace and it had not been fixed. So the room that would have been great for movies, etc. could not be used because it was so cold. Ice maker in the fridge did not work. The dryer on the second floor did not work. After we got there, we found out the garage could not be used for a car! What the heck? If the garage is to be used as a mudroom, it should be listed and heated . We were disappointed by all these things and will look for other properties next time.

Relaxing staycation
This trip was a mini getaway from Denver with my family for an early Christmas celebration. The home was clean and ready when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of extra towels, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, games, dvd player, 2 fireplaces, and 2 washer/dryers! The only thing missing was a bottle opener and ice. 2 of our showers were clogged and the management team was on it right away! They checked in by texting throughout our stay and were quick to respond. The hot tub is brand new and the jets were amazing. We spent many nights relaxing in the hot tub with the snow surrounding us. We had 7 adults and 1 child and the property is very kid-friendly. The master is upstairs with another queen bedroom and the bunk room and another queen bedroom are in the basement. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, plus a half bath right off the kitchen. I loved having the 2 living rooms. The home itself was very cozy. The kitchen table is large which is nice for family dinners and both chairs in the living room on the main floor recline. The property is closer to Avon than Vail, but just a quick drive down the road. I would stay at this property again and definitely recommend for families!

I loved this property! All the amenities needed were available. On a private road and secluded. Beaver Creek behind townhome. 7 minutes from Vail. Great shops nearby. I will stay hear again. My family enjoyed staying here also!

Great River View
Great place to stay, beautiful condo, awesome view and loaded kitchen. Quick access to trails, golf and E-biking opportunities. The only minor downfall was that we were notified of the outdoor spa being out of service the morning of our arrival. While there was an intermittent mildew odor from underneath the spa it did not inhibit the enjoyment of our stay. We would certainly love to stay at this condo again during our next visit.

Great Beaver Creek Retreat
Two families stayed at this wonderful retreat for a ski trip in Beaver Creek. The location was perfect - so close to town, shopping, restaurants, and the ski resort.

We had a great stay at River Quest! Plenty of space for 2 families with ski gear. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on the hill. Rooms were large and plenty of space for everyone. The 2 living rooms gave everyone the space they needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the grill on the deck was great. I would stay here again.

FANTASTIC STAY

Convenient to vail & beaver creek
We had an awesome vacation and loved the location and house. Master bath could have been cleaned better and some basics needed in kitchen, hot pads, dish cloth and hand mixer that works and some pots/pans cooking sheets that were not peeling the non stick coat so bad. Overall it was an excellent house and would book here again. It accommodated 2 families of 5 very comfortably and was very well kept. Gordon did a great job of responding to any needs we had. Beautiful place with fantastic sounds of the river from two deck areas and a patio. Grill available for use which was so convenient for our group! Hot tub made it fun for everyone !

SO worth every penny!
The property is even MORE amazing than the pictures could possibly show you! The river is incredible and the home itself was spectacular!! I wasn’t impressed with the high cleaning fees, nor with the extensive security check done by Vacasa, which didn’t go through at first and made me late to the property. But I would still HIGHLY recommend that you stay here!

What an incredible experience!!
This home is of incredible value! Quiet, luxurious, HUGE and with access and beautiful views of the Eagle River! I wasn’t impressed with the housekeeping fees, but I’d still do it again and again!

Tired and NOT a luxury condo
This condo was a big disappointment. Everything in this place was tired, worn out, cheap or broken.
The "gourmet kitchen" was stocked with badly damaged teflon pans and a bunch of plastic cooking utensils fromthe dollar store. The dishwasher was broken. The silverware, knives and water glasses were also from the dollar store. We had no hotpads and the kitchen towels didn't absorb water. We used three rolls of the paper towels we had to buy to dry dishes.
Only one of the two fireplaces worked. The wifi didn't work for two days, the hot tub outsides was 90% broken, the upstairs tub spewed black gunk from the jets. The smoke alarm in the master was hanging from the ceiling and I never spotted a carbon dioxide detector.
The shower heads were all from another decade and the heat in the downstairs was completely inadequate. Thank goodness it was 50 degrees outside during the day!
This condo is about 50 feet from Highway 6, bring your ear plugs if you plan to sleep.
I have rented many homes over the years, but have never had to buy toilet paper in the first six hours. Hand soap and toilet paper are not included in this "Luxury" home. Please.

Not acceptable!
Every thing was fine except two concerns but these were two that were shockingly bad.
1. I slept down stairs in the bedroom with the queen bed. It was horrible hot and I was not able to find a thermostat anywhere that controlled down stairs. If I find out the heat was controlled off site I'm gonna be livid. I lost hours of sleep eventually having to open the sliding glass door to cool the room down.
2. We did not use the hottub however I stepped out on the back porch just to realize the door locked befind me. This is unacceptable. People could get trapped outside in a swimsuit with no way to get back in. I can't even imagine the lawsuit against the owners of the Condo and the company that leased it. This is just possible the dumbest move by a homeowner I've ever seen. Put your guest in a situation to get locked out in 20 degree weather in a swimsuit. Are you kidding me!!!

Perfect home for our family lacrosse trip!
We stayed at this home for a lacrosse tournament! It was close to the field and it made our trip amazing! The river is so close and the home is large and very nice! We would stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and anyone else looking for a place in the area!
