Great room and location!

Convenient spot for visiting family in town. Close to station, food. Great parking arrangement. Would work best for a couple, no more.

A cute place in a fantastic location with excellent parking and security, but several disappointments that detracted from the pleasure of our stay that interrupted our trip. Multiple issues with wifi and connectivity that locked us out of the room or prevented us from accessing the garage. Stains on furniture, a broken chair back upon arrival, and an absolutely broken down, unservicable mattress on the sleeper sofa. Multiple stains in bedroom carpet. Food crumbs in kitchen cupboards, residue in coffee cups, and what seemed to be about 1/4 inch of dust on top of the refrigerator. Terrible water pressure and the toilet would not flush properly on several occasions. The thermostat would often reset to 74 degrees no matter how many times we tried to turn it down, resulting in warm sleeping conditions. The management company was reasonably responsive to concerns and troubleshooting the wifi, door access, and garage remote issues, but everything was accomplished through a series of texts or email messages which introduced latency in waiting for a response. Some of these issues are relatively minor and easily corrected, but this should be a turn-key experience, especially considering the cost and positive reviews of this venue. We would consider other options before staying here again.

Staying at this home was wonderful. As a previous Old Town Resident of 10 years, it was a great location and spacious home for a long week in the local office or even a great place for a weekend getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable, the building/unit easily accessible, and so much more. I appreciated every aspect of the set up to make your stay comfortable. If it wasn't such a miserable weather week while I was there, I would have thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony. I'll be making this part of my regular rotation when in town for business - or to visit old friends!

The location of this property was amazing. 15 min walk to the metro rail, but through a shady neighborhood. Easily fixed by riding the bus. All issues I had were promptly responded too. Examples for things I had to call or email for were, how to enter the building, WiFi password was wrong, check out instructions, and issues with the shower curtain.

Really good unit and as nice as advertised. Very clean, good WiFi and excellent HVAC-- had everything one would need. The location near old town is really convenient, and the secured parking and provided Nespresso were nice bonuses. All around perfect stay.
