Navigating to park the car was challenging. The pool was overcrowded... kids in and out of the hot tub...

My kids enjoyed the pool … one of the lifeguards He was Rude n I mean really rude but after chatting with the girls they still enjoyed their stay as well

Great location

The fire alarm Wednesday night. Chairs in breakfast/reception area could use a change. They are all pretty low seating compared to the table which makes it awkward to eat. The fake wicker chairs were more at the correct height

Free drinks (2 per person) the evening that we checked in. The free beakfast was really good and exceeded our expectations.

Pool was not open while we were there. We were told they have "limited pool hours" but in fact the pool is just not open during the week. It is only open on the weekends. A/C in our room did not work enough to keep us comfortable. Maintenance came to "fix" it which did not improve the situation. We ended up getting a fan which helped a little. We all still felt very warm and uncomfortable. There are not enough towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. The sofa in the suite had ripped cushions. The suite we were in was very dark. Not enough lighting!! There were random rolling desk chairs all over in the hallway (some knocked over and laying on their side) and one even in the elevator. Why??? Just not the quality that we expected. We left disappointed.

The staff was great, very friendly! Room was spacious and clean, no complaints.

The parking situation sucked. It was a little overpriced, and the garage was not practical. Obviously it’s not embassy suites fault, but who ever was the architect who designed the building should reconsider their profession. Most of the spots in the garage would not fit a normal sized car; weird.

Breakfast was great

The pool was extremely dirty and just a couple chairs for the entire pool to use. Not enough. The parking lot is too small. Barely found a spot to park when I arrived.
