Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the evening of the following day. When we finally reached the hotel at 9:30pm, our check in lady allowed us to have a late check out for 2pm so we didn’t have to spend extra time in the airport again. The staff was friendly!

We booked this hotel due to location, price, and advertising for a free airport shuttle. After waiting for the shuttle at the airport for 30 minutes after booking the room, I called the hotel and found out the shuttle stopped running at 8pm. The following day when checking out of the hotel at 1:30 they said the next shuttle wouldn’t run until 3pm. We had to book Lyft for transportation to/from hotel. If I had known about the shuttle times, I would’ve booked with a different hotel that had longer hours for the shuttle service.

Just the location was quite convenient

They don’t have hot water ti bathe. No plates, cutlery infact there’s no staff to help if you call them from the room landline.

Was not clean. Dead rat right outside my car. Poop or something brown smeared on mattress. Curtains ripped and torn.

Staff was very rude and not knowledgeable! Also I was over charged for my stay. On the day of check out I asked for a late check out and I was assured that it was fine then 20 minutes later out of nowhere The police was called to remove me from the premises! I was appalled and totally caught of guard. The temperature outside was freezing and I had my 1 year old grandson and my 3 week old granddaughter with me as well! I love the Marriott Brand but there has been to many issues time and time again! I spend an absurd amount of money using Booking.com , Priceline and Expedia to continue to be treated in such a manner. I Thank you in advance for taking the time to listen to my concerns!

There was no “free” breakfast, so that’s kind of weak in this market. I saw what was offered and walked out.

I can’t believe a hotel has shared doors between rooms anymore? Mine was kind of ajar, and made me feel weird?

The hotel was run-down and the pictures of the property do not reflect what the property actually looks like. The restaurant is not open for service and only available for breakfast. As per the front desk concierge the pool and sauna have been closed since Covid and not available for use. The room was dated and smell like cigarettes. The toilet was broken and I called the front desk to have it repaired. The maintenance guy told me the valve inside the toilet was broken and it needed to be replaced at a later time. I called the front desk and spoke to the property manager regarding my issues and he had a bad attitude and was rude and very condescending. Slept to the sounds of a broken water valve coming from the toilet. A very eye opening experience. Don't stay here unless you have to.
