The accommodation was excellent. A clothes airer would have been handy for when the weather turned and the towels were thin and hard, perhaps time to renew them. Otherwise we were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

Mia‘s place is small but packed with everything that you need. It is all beautifully organized and clean. Having stayed in many, many places around the world, this is the only home where they offer you a bed sheet and blanket in place of the heavy cumbersome doona. Your choice! Plus some milk and biscuits thrown in. Mia’s response to anything is sensational. Not that anything has ever been wrong on our two stays. Will be here again next year.

Parents and 17yr old stayed for four nights in this neat little home. Facilities were clean and the host had provided all things necessary (towels & toiletries, coffee & tea etc) and the kitchen is well serviced with clean oven and microwave. The television has Android TV with wifi provided, so we were able to utilise TV and YouTube while also being able to stream direct to the TV with our own devices. The beds are very firm (personally I prefer a softer bed), but still slept like a baby. We were worn out after each day as we visited almost everything a tourist could attend in Ballarat, and this home is right in the middle of everything. If you're looking for somewhere clean and tidy for winding down after a day of sightseeing for two to four, this property is for you. If you're looking for a sprawling property to host more, I'd suggest another property will suit. Having said that, this was perfect for us, and a big thank you to Mia for being extremely helpful.

The little house was perfect for a four day stay with our adult son. Everything you could need, with a split system heater and electric blankets. 15 min pleasant walk to Sturt street, excellent location. Communication with Mia was excellent, would recommend!

The entire experience was excellent…. from initial inquiry to checkout! Mia is friendly and responsive. The property is better than expected - spotlessly clean with everything one needs including comfortable beds, Netflix, outdoor area and…. So close to the city centre.

We have a great time. The house was perfect for a change of scenery. Everything was in good order, easy access and immaculately clean. Location was great, closed to shops and amenities. We highly recommend it and will use it again in the near future.

Our family felt like we have hit the jackpot with this little gem. The property has been so well designed and has absolutely everything a family could need. We loved the location….only a few minutes drive to the centre of Ballarat. Loved the gorgeous styling of this property as well as the little goodies the owners left for us to eat. Communication was superb with the owner and she made us feel so welcome. Definitely stay again when in Ballarat

The house was beautifully, presented and exactly as we expected and would’ve wanted, everything was pretty much thought off. Mia our host was tremendous and super helpful.

Lovely little home with all necessities. Little surprise extras were waiting for us: milk, orange juice, muesli, tea/coffee, etc. great property for two friends ( or couples) that require 2 queen size beds. Town centre easily accessible from here. Good communication with owner.
