We loved loved loved this house, got home today and we are still talking about the fabulous time we had and plan to go next summer as well. Everything was perfect at the house, the weather was great and the WIN at the track had to be beginners luck. The house is convenient to everything, nicely decorated and perfect for our 3 day stay. Thanks again!

Excellent accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely decor and comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom immaculate and updated. Very pleased and would definitely return. Found two new pubs walking distance that were new to us and we loved them both.

This property was perfect for our needs during a weekend trip for a wedding. The outdoor space is inviting and the downstairs bar is cozy. It was well stocked and I wish I had stayed another day! I look forward to returning!

Wonderful remodeled place....deck out back is awesome...kitchen remodeled with everything you need...i use VBRO a lot and was impressed with the fully stocked kitchen (besides actual food!)....cute bar down in the basement....it was warm out and the central air did not disappoint! Definitly will be back!

If you are looking for the perfect property to stay for a weekend getaway...look no further. This was beyond our expectations!! Lynn and Tim brought every detail into their property and are what hosts are all about. Super clean, ample supplies and amenities, Backyard oasis. and attention to all the little details. Perfect location, close to everything in Saratoga and we cannot wait to come back again!

This cottage is in a great location close to the Beekman Arts District and downtown. It features comfortable beds with nice linens, a full kitchen with good quality utensils and (a rarity for VRBO rentals) a sharp set of kitchen knives! We stayed during the Saratoga Jazz Festival and found it delightful in every way.

Cute place. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by residences. Owners were nice and communicated well. Though this location is more on the outskirts of downtown. You're about a 20 min walk to where all the heavy action is on Broadway.

The property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Saratoga Springs! It was immaculate, nicely furnished and decorated and the house was equipped with just about everything you could need other than food and drink. Most importantly it was a great location for just about everything we wanted to do.

Immaculate home near city center and SPAC, where we attended concert and went hiking. Owners provided complimentary bottle of wine and water. Highly recommend this rental.

We come every year to see the NYC ballet. Saratoga Springs never disappoints. We wish the ballet stayed longer as it did in the past. House we stayed in was great, conveniently located, clean and host was accommodating.

Excellent property and location. My visit was for opening day of the racetrack. Great communication with hosts. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Art district and downtown. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

House has everything you need. Very clean and the hosts are very thoughtful. Enjoyed having the back yard to relax and BBQ. Location is in a quiet neighborhood not far from the main street but neighborhood has its own bars and restaurants that have a more local feel.

This is a lovely, cozy home perfect for visiting Saratoga Springs. The house has everything you need, it is close to Broadway and all the restaurants and shopping, and close to SPAC. We definitely will stay here again!

This charming home in a cute neighborhood was the perfect house for my family. Walking distance to the neighborhood bars and restaurants of Beekman Street Art District made exploring easy. The house had everything we needed. The best part of our trip was gathering around the fire pit as a family at night.

My friend and I came up to Saratoga for a ladies spa weekend and this home was the perfect addition to a fun filled weekend! Lynn and Tim couldn’t have been nicer. Very responsive and super accommodating!! House is very comfortable and well stocked!! Nothing is spared!! Very clean and we loved hanging out in the yard by the firepit to wrap up our nights. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I met my son and Daughter-in-Law in Saratoga to spend a couple days at the races and enjoying the great restaurants. Lynn and Tim who own the property were excellent to work with, and the property was perfect for us. It was very clean, and had some nice additional amenities. We will stay at the property again next year.

Wonderful Experience
This was our first Vrbo experience. Owners communicated very well and the house was great. They thought of everything. We decided to come home early from downtown so we could enjoy the house more. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cute home
Three of us stayed here for a few days during the week. It is a cute home that is well located for all of Saratoga and the area. The bedrooms were a good size as is the kitchen and tv area. It was very clean and well kept. A large nicely kept backyard and patio were welcome too.

Perfect Place for a quick getaway
Booked this property for a quick trip to attend a concert.
The place was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. Backyard was great and we were able to sit out and enjoy the weather.
The hosts are easy to communicate with, responsive and gracious. They were kind enough to leave us some local brews in the fridge and we took advantage of using their cornhole set to stay active outside and enjoy the weather.

The property was perfect for our weekend stay-2 couples. Short drive to everything. Backyard was ideal for hanging out around the fire. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodations are wonderful! Very charming house in a perfect location close to downtown. The backyard was perfect for our toddler to run around and enjoy being outside. Lynn and Tim were excellent hosts. We'll definitely be staying here again during our next visit to Saratoga.
