Beautiful cabin plenty of space quiet neighborhood, would definitely go back again!

We loved our stay at Cozy Cabin in Gatlinburg! The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, beautiful, nestled in nature, but close enough to all the attractions (downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, Dollywood, etc.). The downstairs game room was a hit with our teenage and young adult kids alike. The hot tub was fantastic. The hosts were easy to connect with and we had no problems with check in or out. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The cabin was clean and in great condition. Check in and the checkout process was very easy.

The yard/fire pit area was overgrown and not able to use . Everything thing else was great!! So not sure why the yard/ fire pit area was overgrown!!

Cabin was super clean. Pool table, location, arcade and foosball table was a major plus! The only downside was we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit area bc it was overgrown with tall weeds.

Lovely cabin, kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials, clean, neat, tidy. We like the location in the Arts Community, close to hiking trails and downtown. Three levels each with own bedroom and bathroom. Games, pool table, hot tub. Highly recommend.

We had the best time! The cabin was AMAZING! We have a 10,14,16 year old and they loved spending time in the cabin! It has everything you need! If there is an issue contact the owners and they respond quickly! The place was clean and had room for all 5 of my family! We will definitely be back! I can not say enough good things about it!

A great stay! The cabin was everything we were looking for on our spring break trip. The kids loved the video games and pool/fooseball tables. Close to the Gatlinburg strip and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Host responded very quickly to a few needs which was greatly appreciated.

We had a basketball tournament at Rocky Top. Close by, had plenty for the teens to keep themselves busy during down time. Clean and comfortable!

My husband gets a surprise every 4 years for his birthday. This was the year to plan something! Some friends and I planned the weekend there. He had no idea where we were going or who was involved. He was very surprised and we went shopping, out to eat, and went to the wax museum of the stars, and the Titanic. An awesome weekend was had by all!

Property was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We all had our own bed room and private bathroom. Great location, close enough for convenient trips to town and far enough out for privacy! We will definitely keep this one for future trips.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years! This was hands down our favorite place for an adult group. Each couple had their own bathroom in the bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need. I’m going to remember this one!! You can’t go wrong with this cabin!

was VERY pleased with our stay! Cabin was PERFECT for us! the game room was where we mostly stayed! no steep roads to get there which is always a plus! they literally thought of eveything. kitchen is STOCKED with whatever utensil you need. i saw previous reviews about cleanliness.......i didnt see anything that showed "unclean" everything was perfect! hughly recommend!

Lovely cabin! Close to everything!

This house was perfect for our visit! We had 3 couples in town for a wrestling tournament at Rocky Top Sports World. The house was very close and convenient to Sports World. Each couple enjoyed having a king size bed and own bath. Host was helpful and informative. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The Pacman video game was my favorite but our family enjoyed the pool table and cozy feel of the cabin. Such a cute cabin it is painful to be honest or complain but we chose the cabin due to no pets because of allergies and autoimmune health issues among certain family members but the home was so dusty and not clean. Someone needs to give the home air filter changes and a deep clean. We had a very quick and short overnight stay so we did not let this ruin our trip. I passed the information on to property management so I hope they follow through before the next guest.

My family and I had a great time at the cabin. It had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the privacy of each bedroom being on its own floor but also enjoyed the main living area where we hung out each night grilling, playing games, and sitting by the fireplace. Was just a short drive to get to downtown Gatlinburg which was great. The only down side to the stay for the women was terrible water pressure when showering/rinsing hair but it would not stop me from booking again! Wish we could have stayed longer.

My friends and I were celebrating my birthday in the smokies and the cabin was perfect! It was fully equipped with everything y’all would need! My only problem with the rental was the grill was not cleaned from the quests who stayed before us. We were not planning on using the grill, but still would’ve been nice to have been cleaned. Overall, great place for staying with friends or family! The cabin is in a great location with cute shops/restaurants nearby and a great view out the front porch!! I will be back!

This cabin was as advertised! Lots of nice thoughtful extra touches, from night lights to extra fans and more. The hot tub worked perfectly as did the gas grill and the fire pit. Location was a great choice for us as we did not want to be in the midst of Gatlinburg. We were however close enough to quickly get groceries or whatever we needed. The entrance to the park was a short 15 to 20 minute drive. There is plenty of privacy. Beds and linens were all great. Beautiful view! We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and lovely home!

This place was far beyond what I imagined, plenty of space to play games, spend quailty family time and just enjoy the mountain area! What a beautiful view there was walking out of the front door! The jacuzzi was amazing! Very clean place with all the essentials! I would enjoy to stay there again in the future!

Overall, a good stay. There were a few things to report as negitive. Every LP tank was empty. So, no grill or fire pit. Upstairs bed was missing the center supports, so it sunk in the middle. The hot tub water was nasty and needed clorine. No curtains or rugs to absorb sound made the house loud. There was not enough seating in the family room and the couch was uncomfortable. The kitchen table was too small for 8 adults. Lastly, periodic sewer odors from off the lower deck.

We loved the location of the property. You could be in Gatlinburg within 10 minutes, or there were eateries within 2-3 minutes. We had 8 in our group. Three adult couples, and two little girls. It was nice that everyone had their own space. Each couple had their own bedroom with a king bed and their own bathroom The little ones used the sleeper sofa in the game room area which is just off of one of the king bedrooms. I would not recommend the sleeper sofa for anyone other than kids. It did not seem that comfortable, but it was fine for little ones. Everyone loved the game room, young and old. We also enjoyed the two decks and the hot tub. The cabin has just about everything you would need. Each timed I asked a question, I received a very timely answer. It is a nice place. We enjoyed it.

The house was a great place to stay in the Smokey Mountains, it is very close to the National Park , Gatlinburg and other area attractions. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Overall clean spaces , kitchen was nice , and video games were fun too.

Even with our energetic little ones in tow, this vacation home provided an environment that felt like a true home away from home. Right from the moment we reached out to the hosts, they proved to be incredibly responsive and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a spotless and well-maintained property that immediately put us at ease. One aspect of this vacation property that truly won us over was the thoughtful details scattered throughout the property. Nightlights in strategic positions provided a sense of security and made midnight bathroom trips much easier, while fans kept us cool during the warm summer evenings. The well-stocked kitchen made it a breeze to prepare meals for our family. Traveling with children can often be challenging, but this vacation property catered beautifully to families with little ones. The hosts thoughtfully provided board games, books, and even kid-friendly arcade games which kept our children entertained for hours on end. Being able to spend quality time together as a family without worrying about boredom was truly a blessing. In conclusion, our stay at this vacation property in Gatlinburg, TN was nothing short of excellent!

This was a perfect little cabin in the mountains. Perfect for our family and away from the busy tourist area.

This cabin was perfect for our family. Have two grown kids with spouses and a grandchild. We all had our own floor with a bathroom and everyone had their own thermostat. Very clean and had everything we needed. Jason was so helpful with a few questions we had and got right back to us. Very friendly. Will definitely book again.

The cabin was perfect for our family of five. There were enough rooms along with the pull out sofas everyone had there own space. The two arcade gaming areas and pool table made it fun for the kids. The cabin is located in a great locations that allows you easy access to everything. The Food City close by made it easy to get supplies.
