Elevator went out multiple times (enjoy the fourth floor) tv didn’t work, ac, even though it was turned to 67 seems to pump out large amounts of warm humidity, pool was out of order. We don’t drink Fiji water, so was the bed even clean🤢

Just the location

The staff were not professional enough, especially the first person who checked me in. It seems the management used the schedule driver to check people in and out without customer service training, I was not comfortable with him when I was trying to check in that night, he doesn't smile nor provide a good customer service. The elevator was broken, and I had to take all my luggage up to the second floor while climbing the stairs, which was very difficult for me with my disability. The pool was out of order without any explanation of what was wrong with it. In addition, they were not enough toilet paper. Neither plastic trash. I believe the management doesn't have the skills to do something about the issues.

It was clean and nice.

The breakfast wasn’t that great. Definitely need another (or two more) waffle makers and the pool was down during our stay. Also there are no overhead lights in the rooms, just lamps so it was kinda dark

the room was nice and i had space to park my truck and 40ft trailer.

The pool was out of service due to failed inspection, and the rooms werent cleaned until after we left, since they go every 4 days.

Room maintenance-shower door would not stay closed. Shower soap gel was empty.

The suite was a great size, lots of room. The location was perfect, close to everything.

Wish there was a hot tub.

I understand about covid but I think housekeeping can still check to see if you need any toiletries even it the customer doesn't request service. They should still check to see if they are ok.

The noise from the highway. Our room was closer to highway.

I like that the halls, elevators, and rooms did not smell bad...our room was fine AC and thermostat worked extremely well.... it was very pleasant.....

The shower water pressure was not very good at all... the body and shampoo dispensers in the shower wall were completely empty.... the drawer where the hair dryer was, was full of hair and dust really gross. I had to clean it with lysol wipes before I used it....there weren't extra blankets, not enough paper towels.

Great location. Convenient to airport. Friendly staff. Great gym. Close to food and shopping.

It ran out of shampoo in the dispensary. You could tell that it was a dog friendly hotel.

Very clean and quiet. The perfect layover stop.
