Everything, the location, the staff were very friendly and professional, my room was very clean and comfortable. Very very nice Hotel. Will be back.
The shower was a little to small (width wise) and the bathroom door being made of glass (even though you couldn't see through it) was just kind of awkward at first.

Breakfast was really nice.
Bar/Food Server used her hands to remove cut citrus fruit from container & used those same hands to put those same slices in our water and fruit juice. Every drink that went out, she used her bare hands! She was touching other items and she even put some of the fruit she removed back into the container. I had to call someone else over and ask them to remove it.

the mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. we did not get restful sleep. I was sore the next day.

I had to get switched to 3 rooms and the let out beds mattress had stains on them

Hotel was nice.
Shuttle didn't pick me up at the airport (I ended up taking an Uber) and I left too early in the morning to catch the next day's shuttle. My flight got cancelled. I chose the hotel solely for the transports, and neither worked out.

The lighting in the room was pretty bad, very dim.

The bartender on the night of Sept. 16 was wonderful! The lady and gentleman at the front desk on the morning of Sept. 17 we’re great, as well.
We were given a room that had not been readied. I made a request for a room near the elevators, as my husband has mobility issues. I received an email that that request had been honored. Both rooms (the unreadied one AND the second one) were as far as one could get from the elevator.

Great location, friendly staff. Definitely exceeded expectations. Plenty of parking. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely worth he price.

Room was as described.
I reserved the room for a nearby concert, so we could be closer to the venue and make it a special mother/daughter night. I was sick, so my daughter brought a friend, instead. I thought the room was prepaid on my Discover card, but when my daughter checked out, they made her pay with her card.

One of the elevators did not work

Great location shops around the area. Large lobby area.
The pool cold& closed 2nd day for repairs and there wasn’t a jacuzzi. The number one reason we chose the location for our staycation.
