Tesisin çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler.Tesiste çıkan yemekler çok lezzetli ve çeşitliligi yeterliydi.Odalar temiz ve sürekli temizleniyordu.Harika temiz bir deniz vardı çimenlik alana konulan şezlonglarda güneşlenmek çok keyifli idi.
Negatif bir şey göremedik.Sadece bazı müşterilerin Yiyebileceklerinden çok fazla yemek alıp ve bu yemeklerin yarısından çogunun çöpe döküldügünü görmek üzdü bizi.Tabi bu tesis ile alakalı bir sorun degil.

Foods, location, new facility, everything is perfect. We thanks Esra Hanım for her special interest. Everytime she got feedbacks about our experience. We look forward to going again next year.

Overall beautiful hotel
Food facilities was below expectations as were staff. Although they were friendly they were not very attentive

We made reservation with sea view. The only way to see sea you need to go balcony and switch your head 90° left and then you are able to see sea. Food was pretty tasteless. animation was very poor. Most of staff were very kind and hardworking.

The location, the beach was perfect, facilities were goid and clean, the food was perfect.

Top, Top, Top hotel! The food is super, the room with sea view is perfect, the swimming pool and gardens are stunning, we will come again!

Frappuccino machine in Starbucks never worked our whole stay
Snack bar would run out of pizza
staff training is needed. some staff would be working them selves into a seat whilst the person next to them would be standing around

Room wasn't what was ordered, took a few days to get corrected

everything :
1) location very windy,
2) no parking, your car is exposed in the street
3) staff: inexperienced, no attention to details
4)service: booked a king size room and got double bed, we asked to change but they told us the hotel only got double bed and no King size…but they actually do have king size bed..
if you have a request or need something you always need to go to the reception, (tried coupled times to call for our aircon issue without success and I walked with my son all the way to ask for assistance
4)food (food poisoning…), due to the crowd no big choice left if you are a bit late (and spend more time at the sea or sunbathing).
