Lovely spacious apartment. Was clean and very airy and light. Had tea, coffee etc provided. Had cans of spring water and complimentary biscuits and toiletries provide for us in each bedroom. Had a sea view from every room which was amazing. Was a little nippy whilst we were there - informed the lovely lady on reception and heating was turned on ( boiler is set on timer ) Tram and bus right outside and £6 ticket for all day travel. It was nice bring away from all the noise of the centre knowing it is only a few minutes away on tram. Easier to catch tram/ bus than to drive and find parking ! Some lovely restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. Also the lift was a godsend as a member of our group had difficulty walking. Lovely walks on the beach which is so clean and goes on for miles. Definitely planning to go back again next year with a larger group. Met the owner over the weekend - lovely young chap 😉 .

The flat was excellent, very clean and layout was great also having lift facilities was a bonus. The staff were fantastic very friendly and very helpful when receiving the oxygen for my dad

The location and apartment were excellent absolutely loved it. The apartment had everything you'd need even towels dressing gowns.

it was really spacious clean and modern and the host had thought of everything utensil wise

Excellent location. Great that there was a freezer.

Sofas were lumpy and uncomfortable and one had a split in the leather. We were told they were waiting for a replacement sofa but the split appeared to have been there a while as foam inside was dirty. Clock did not work. Radiator in family bathroom had a leak that was obviously known about as it had a cloth wrapped around it. Lifts intermittently didn't work causing problems for my parents who struggle with stairs.

It was spacious, the view of the sea front from the suit was amazing, the outside garden space (spent most of the day there when we stayed in, had everything in the kitchen (plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery). Mick the host was absolutely fantastic, called him a few time to ask questions and he always answered and he is very friendly.

The couches in the living room not comfortable and need a lock on the on-suit.
