¡El epítome del retiro familiar perfecto en la playa! A poco más de 3 cuadras del paseo marítimo y la playa. Excelente vida al aire libre con patio, amplias terrazas y balcones. Muy bien equipado con acabados mejorados.
La gran sala abierta y el comedor con techos de 10 ', molduras de techo, chimenea de leña y pisos de madera noble fluyen hacia la cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito y continúan acristalados con refrigerador adicional. La suite principal del primer piso (con baño de vidrio y mármol) tiene acceso directo al patio. El rellano a mitad de camino hasta el segundo piso se abre a una gran terraza con sillones y mesa de comedor para 6. El segundo nivel cuenta con otra suite principal con chimenea de leña, baño de mármol y vidrio y acceso directo a la terraza delantera. También 1 habitación queen size, con acceso directo a la terraza delantera y 3er dormitorio con dos gemelos y 2do baño completo. El tercer piso cuenta con 2 habitaciones queen size, 1 habitación con dos camas individuales y un baño completo con ducha.
Ubicado junto a la cocina, el solárium tiene aire acondicionado (calefacción en invierno), incluye un sofá cama queen size y una segunda mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4-6.
Bellamente ajardinado con un patio privado y parrilla de gas. Dos aparcamientos fuera de la vía pública.

The house was clean and large enough for our extended family of 12 to stay. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. On rainy days we weren't on top of eachother. The kitchen was well stocked and the house came with beach items as well. Great stay!

Great house for a multi-generational family stay! Lots of space and lots of beach chairs. The walk to the beach was longer blocks than we thought but was worth it!

This house was perfect for a large family! Plenty of room and lots of amenities! There were a ton of beach chairs we were able to access as well as other beach items. David was an amazing contact! He was very kind, helpful, and very responsive! Highly recommend working with him!

Great location and very spacious house! Would stay again!
Only minor issue was there were no towels & sheets included and this was not included in the listing and was only communicated the date before our stay. Would appreciate earlier notice to plan accordingly as most guests were flying in from out of town.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and we love staying here. Communication is great with David and the house is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to downtown.

My siblings and I came to the area to celebrate Thanksgiving with a niece that lives in the nearby town of Ellendale and decided on this VRBO house instead of a hotel. It was a great decision that worked out nicely for our family.
We enjoyed the common spaces (the living room, dinning room, kitchen, sunroom). They were great spaces to enjoy being together for just hanging out, watching TV, Eating and playing games. The bedrooms were nice sizes and allowed for private time when desired as well as comfortable sleeping.
We didn't really get to enjoy the outdoor spaces because of the time of year we stayed. The family agreed that the stay at this house was nice and we would definitely stay again.
The nearby playground was a nice treat for the young children. The short drive to the beach was also appreciated for the ones that wanted to spend time on the beach front (in spite of the chilly temperature).
We thought we had an issue with the electricity in one of the bedrooms, however when we called David, he answered immediately and explained what needed to be done and it was easily done and the situation quickly became a non-issue.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were less than 5 minutes drive from the beach boardwalk and shopping. Everyone had a great time and wants to return next year.

Many positives: indoor space is nice and ample, kitchen is well stocked, really appreciate that there were many bathrooms and lots of queen and king beds for an extended family, an abundance of beach stuff ie chairs, sand pails etc.
Outdoor space: a second floor deck is lovely but far from the grill and has insufficient furniture for outdoor eating.
A significant limitation is the lack of usable garden chairs and a table (there were 2 chairs in very bad shape).
Other upgrades that would be appreciated: dining chairs that match the antique dining table height wise.
We appreciated having a property manager who was responsive and helpful.

Could not have wanted anything more from this rental. Location was great, it was well stocked, plenty of space to spread out. We went to the park at the end of the street everyday our young ones loved it. The pickle ball players enjoyed the courts. A great time was had by all!

# of bedrooms was ideal for the group. Plenty of room for people to gather or to isolate. Walk to beach was 0.7 miles. Also good walk to get to main drag or to boardwalk. Everyone in the group was satisfied (a rare occurrence). All are looking forward to next year.

The home was well-furnished for socializing and was well-stocked for kitchen needs. We were very satisfied with this rental.

Our stay was one of the best ever. The house was amazing and spacious. We loved everything about it. Our group had a wonderful time fellowshipping with one another as well as attending the jazz fest. We will be back to rent again. Thank you for sharing. David was friendly and amazing as well.

Fun Family Time
This was great place to stay and our family loved it. The park/playground down the street was a great break for the kids. The house was faultless. The walk to the beach was a little long but we usually loaded up a car with stuff and everyone else walked. Having a wagon to pull the little kids was a help.

Wonderful home
Beautiful home! Location is great, it's 3 long blocks to the beach, but totally doable, short walk to town as well. House is well stocked and well supplied including plenty of beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, boogie boards, etc., also super helpful to have 2 refrigerators. Lots of outdoor space with two decks and a backyard. great communication with the owner, David. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Nice house in a great neighborhood
The house was great. It’s huge with a lot of patios/decks for enjoying the weather in the mornings and evenings. We loved everything about it. Great neighborhood with awesome neighbors. There’s a very cool playground and turtle sanctuary right down the street. No complaints after a great family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space and amenities. David, the property manager, was super fast to reply/show up to fix minor issues. A great perk was that 2 parking permits were provided making our parking a little closer to the beach a breeze.

We loved our stay over Easter weekend. Easy walk to Dewey and Rehoboth. Great location near a park with 2 great playgrounds, pickle ball courts and walking trails.
