The location . middle of nowhere!

Professional service, clean and very quiet. Balcony is an appreciable plus. swimming pool area is very quiet. coffee machine with large choices and at multiple level

small details but missing fish or 3 min. eggs on the continental breakfast. Better clarification for the use of the spa / swimming pool area, that said we also didn't ask for better clarification or if available

Great location to have some peace and quiet, the food is a buffet style (all you can eat) 2nd day there was a BBQ which was very nice

They didn't clean my room between Day 1 and Day 2 - this is quite strange

The pipes in the bathroom were a bit loud. There wasn't any body lotion

buffet-breaktfast of a high standard, great view facing nature, rooms clean, bathroom design not to my taste (90ties :-) yet very clean, spacious with plenty of storage. Great as a starting point for a day-treks in the surrounding taunus mountains.

The staff (despite the dinner situation) was very helpful and polite. The hotel is extremely well clean (rooms, restaurant, swimming pool area). Pool is definitely one of the highlights (beautiful pool with great surrounding and Cristal water). The room was newly renewed and very clean (still smelling like new materials though). Bathroom was perfect and bed was very comfortable. The view from the rooms is also beautiful and the location is extremely calm. Breakfast was very complete and well prepared. Dinner buffet was also good but not at all worth 27€ per person. We will definitely be coming back!

6,50€ to have a bathrobe to go to the swimming pool is extremely exaggerated. We were wondering if we would get the money back when we check-out, but apparently its really a usage fee and not a safety fee in case you don't return them. Buffet dinner is extremely expensive (27€ per person) and even though there is a cheaper option (16€ but you can only go to the buffet one time) the staff assumed we would pay the 27€ and booked us the more expensive version. At the restaurant we were led by the staff to believe that the 27€ was included in our plan and already paid for. Very confusing. In the end we had (obviously) to pay the 2x27€ and can't help but feel a bit "tricked" by the staff. Room was fully renewed but TV was missing and there was no previous warning from Staff. Pool temperature could be 1 or 2 degrees warmer. Turkish bath at the spa was out of order.

Travelling with a dog this is a perfect hotel, surrounded by green areas

The moquette everywhere and the cleaning was not so good. Being in Covid period I was not feeling comfortable I suggest to adopt a deep sanitisation, like ozone

Large rooms, excellent breafast, wifi covers the entire area. The staff is very helpful, quiet and open view. I had enjoyed the indoor pool too.

Evening buffet at a fixed price was less appealing but we did not wish to go out for dinner.
