Overall just a great spacious lovely “mansion”
Family gathering, not all could join but FL, NY, CT, MD& Canada were represented. Lots to see and do in the area. Would certainly return

This was the perfect house to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The pool, playground, game rooms and basketball court provided plenty of options to keep everyone entertained without leaving the property yet there was also lots to do in close proximity if anyone wanted something else. The house is beautiful and spacious with ample room to accommodate all of us.
We had a fantastic time and hope to stay at this mini resort again in the future.

The house and property were both amazing! Our host Susan was always available to quickly answer any questions or concerns. The house could not have been more perfect for our 30's themed Murder Mystery Dinner that Erin's Sister and Cousin spearheaded and hosted. We all loved the house and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations provided. It was a huge plus that linenes, towels and paper products were in the house as well as plenty of coffee! I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering renting a house in this area!

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at this beautiful home. There was more than enough room for our party of 8 adults and 7 children. The kids did not want to leave the property as the home contained everything and anything we could possibly need. The owner was wonderful. Everything was great.

This house had everything we needed. It has the feeling of complete privacy with the benefits of having everything you might need in close proximity. We walked some mornings to downtown Glen Falls and it was under 30 minutes to get to Lake George or Saratoga. Some days we didn’t even leave the property and just relaxed by the pool or in the sunroom. Kitchen is gorgeous and the house was stocked with everything we needed. So much space and different rooms to enjoy. We even had a private chef come in and cook for us one night. Susan was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this home…it was perfect for our extended family vacation.

Beautiful house. It is a very cool huge home with so many great features and classic finishes. But it has been updated and furnished to feel modern and cozy too. We loved it and hope to do it again next year.

We had an amazing time at Susan’s estate which was comfortably entertained 15 kids and adults for the week. The property is wonderful and was everything we could have asked for in a location to host our family reunion. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time on property.
The outside is great….we all enjoyed the pool and Playground. So much fun. Property manager is awesome… super responsive to any question we had. Had the cleaning people (Nicole and crew) come extra days to help out and they were also fabulous. And we had Susan Garth of Susans Natural Kitchen prepare some meals for us….all of which were amazing! All in all, awonderful two weeks.

The house was perfect for our needs of 10 Adults and 11 Children. We had plenty of space for our group. The kids were entertained throughout our stay by the playground, pool area, lawn and running around the pond. We can't wait to return next summer. Thank you,

Amazing, immaculate, fun home!!
We had a great family reunion at this amazing, gorgeous, immaculate, fun filled home! Everyone loved the pool, fire pit, and large yard for whiffle ball. The grandchildren loved the pond with frogs, basketball ball court and playground. We didn’t even feel the need to leave because we were having so much fun at this home. Susan was great and very accommodating. We are already booked for next year. Can’t wait!!

Great place for family vacation
Lovely property, plenty of comfortable space for our family. A little challenging for a two year old as it is spread out, but great for the others. Susan was really responsive to any issues that came up. Highly recommend.

Memories forever
This location deserves 5 stars + + + and more! It had everything you could possible want for both indoor and outdoor living. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor gazebo, firepit, pond and playground. The rooms were spacious and the huge dining room accommodated our entire family. Easy access to shopping and a great neighborhood! We will be back! Lorraine

Great home for our post-Covid Family reunion
We had an amazing time at “Tranquility.” The kids had a blast. They enjoyed all the house had to offer.
The adults made use of all of the amenities and spaces. Loved being able to cook in that amazing kitchen; we fed the whole troop pretty easily given all the space.
We will definitely be back!

Amazing house!
The photos looked amazing but did not do this magnificent home justice. The home was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Everyone had the best time. There was so much to do. We had teenagers and toddlers who were never bored. The game room with two TVs, music a pool table and more, kept everyone entertained. The house is huge with beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. It also had two offices so we managed to get work done as well.
The owner’s taste is impeccable. We loved the sunroom for coffee in the morning.
Susan, the property manager made herself available anytime we had a question. She was professional and very sweet and gave us great recommendations for activities for kids and for local restaurants.
We will be back and will certainly recommend this beautiful home to friends.

July 2020 Stay Review
We had a terrific time in Upstate NY! We were a party of 18. 8 adults and 10 children. The layout of the house was perfect with 4 master bedrooms and plenty of room for the kids to bunk up! The house layout and amenities were terrific. The kids so enjoyed the pool, playground and pond. The kitchen was beautiful and butlers pantry was awesome for extra fridge storage. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s exactly as described and very well appointed. We travelled with small children and they had a blast using the playground and checking out the pond - so many frogs! Susan was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any requests. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Experience
The grounds are breathtaking and the neighborhood is quaint and welcoming. Our entire party will be looking forward to visiting this spectacular party again in the near future. We could not have had a better week and our host, Susan, was accommodating in all regards.

Wonderful Trip
We had a wonderful stay at this home this past July. This home is PERFECT for a family getaway, it has EVERYTHING you could want for a socially-distanced vacation. Enjoyable stay at spacious home with lovely private estate grounds
We had a very nice stay at this home and property. It’s a great place for a getaway with family and kids. The pool, playground, air hockey and pool table provided for ample entertainment. The grounds were a tranquil and lush backdrop. Susan, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay!
Hosted my 30th birthday with 14 of my closest friends and family and had the best time! The house is stunning in winter and I can only imagine what it's like in peak summer. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Susan was fantastic to work with. She gave us lots of recommendations on where to dine. Would definitely come back here!
