Room was Ok, really clean and Especially service at the restaurant was briliant. Even during the dinner with Erika. I think she is the best person at the hotel with her attitude. Food was excellent from breakfast to dinner.

Bed was Not comfy and noise from other rooms and from bathroom.

The field is close to the hotel, and during our stay, it smelled very strongly of organic fertilizers but of course it's not a hotel problem

For €470 you would expect an iron in the room and the cleaning staff not to make a racket in front of the room at 6am. Was declined breakfast with 2 hungry toddlers and a baby with a reservation. They accept outward reservations for breakfast and seem to prioritize the locals. I’m not mad, it’s just very sad. very unprofessional.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for its privacy, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable apartment with perfect equipment. We really felt like at home there. The private beach for hotel guests with all its equipment was a big advantage.

Good value for money, although could have been somewhat better

The apartment was tidy and neat. Cooking meals was easy with the stovetop, included cookware, fridge, and dishwasher. The breakfast was tasty (and a decent value for an adult, but perhaps not for picky children). The balcony was a welcome addition and provided great views as well. The laundry room was a welcome addition since we were a good week into our trip. The private beach was a welcome addition too.

The only thing that could have been better would be the inclusion of an additional fan. The weather was quite warm and without AC, we could have used another fan.

The private beach was great! And the fact that our dog was allowed, also! We loved the food and atmosphere in the hotel´s restaurant. Many thanks to the lovely lady (unfortunately, I don´t remember her name) who served our table. She was very nice and spoke a bit of Czech with us which made us feel welcome.

The trains passing by the hotel can sometimes be noisy, especially during night, early morning :(( The cleaning person didn´t clean the floor in the apartment and no broom was available to do it by myself.

Location was fantastic. The views are amazing and a 1 minute walk from the Traunkirchen Bahnhof. They also have a private section of the lake. The room was very spacious and a great view of the mountains behind. Staff were great. Very accomodating. Breakfast was great too.

Needs more veggie options in the menu at Paul's. The drinks menu was definitely great.

Convenient kitchenette and coffee making facilities. A nice hiking trail starts close to the hotel. Free and plenty of parking places outside.

Not good value for money, too expensive compared to the other stays in Austria on our trip (including weekends). Breakfast room too small to host so many people, which made the breakfast experience chaotic and slightly upleasant.

Located near lake, lovely view over meadows. Great shower, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Coffee machine in room :) Great range at breakfast buffet.

Very unreliable WiFi. Apartment kitchen had an oven, but no tray or dish to put in it. Zero privacy on terrace. Overall feel was impersonal and charmless, lack of attention to detail expected for the price. We stayed a week, the room was never fully cleaned in that time e.g. floors, mirrors, windows.

- quiet apartement - private beach in 5 mins walking distance (however this beach is right next to the road) - there is one "water bicycle" on the beach that you can use free of charge (in case you can get it before other guests) - comfy bed - good coffee - late night check-in went well

Of course it was all right, but under our expectations for this price level (150 eur/night, 180 with breakfast), and also compared to other accomodations in the region, in several dimensions - size of room and balcony - cleanliness, cleaning - the tablet and room safe were not working and were not fixed despite our complaint - breakfast was not very sophisticated (low budget fruits and pastries sortiment) and it was the same every day
