Had everything we needed. Very nice

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and it, again, served our needs very well.

Stayed here for long Labor weekend and Griz football game. It was a great location to walk to campus and restaurants downtown. The place was clean, spacious and had everything you need. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this downtown condo. It is really cute and comfortable. It was really convenient to be able to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Love the location (walking distance to shopping, eating, nightlife) and layout of apartment. Spacious and has all amenities needed for a weekend in Missoula-we’ve stayed here multiple times and look forward to returning!

This stylish & comfortable unit is nearly perfect, and only two short blocks from the river trails and downtown restaurants. The huge windows provide incredible mountain vistas, and at the same time have a privacy coating to prevent anyone seeing inside. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise generators to counteract the early morning city noises. We had a fabulous time!

A little noisy with the garbage men at an ungodly early hour, but excellent location and the unit was perfect.

The place itself is nice and clean-minus the helicopters and delivery trucks arriving all night for the hospital and businesses within 100 feet. I could have lived with that if it wasnt for the property management company. Plum property management is a joke and impossible to work with. After booking and paying on VRBO several months ahead, a week before I am scheduled to go (and certainly purposefully when it is too late to book something else) I get a call and email that I need to fill out their ~10 page rental agreement and email copies of the drivers licenses for all of my guests. The agreement is longer than the one I use to rent full-time property I own?? It is full of threatening language and largely un-enforcable in court. I attempted to ask why I needed this for a 4 day stay when I had completed all of the requisite VRBO stuff. They were rude and offered no real answer. Further I explained that I wasnt going to send my DL to a "gmail" account (along with the credit card, address and everything they already have). I asked the owner to call me, but they refused, and I continue to deal with whomever this "customer service" person is. I am not sure what sort of legit business uses gmail, when email service is about $100. I quickly searched this company and they have horrible reviews on both BBB and yelp. It appears their main business is ripping off college kids who are spending "dad's money" and dont know any better (read the reports). I offered to meet them at the property to show ID, and/or go by their office as it was on the way into town. They finally relented and agreed to have someone meet me at the office. I get there, she refuses to let me in the building, takes my ID and locks the door behind her, apparently copying the info. If they arent putting together ID theft starter packages, why are they keeping all of this info?? VRBO has it, they have a credit card for damages?? I have NEVER had anything similar with VRBO in the past. Anyway, I would recommend another choice, or hopefully the owner will read this and choose a reputable agency to manage it and/or VRBO wises up and forces the change. Meanwhile, I will continue to watch my credit report for a scam...

Great place within walking distance of downtown Missoula’s restaurants and bars. The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean and right above a coffee shop. The only negative was that the property management company sent a 7 page contract after booking which included a clause indicating that the renter would still be charged if the A/C went out (they were expecting 100 degree temps during our visit). I contacted VRBO’s customer service about the contract who advised that the property management company would follow up to discuss but I didn’t hear back until a few days before our trip. I was told that we had no options (we had already been charged for the trip) and that I would forfeit our payment if we didn’t sign so I did. Thankfully, the A/C worked great and it was a nonissue but I do think this is something that should have been disclosed on VRBO before booking and something others should be aware of.

The unit is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities one needs and is located within walking distance of downtown Missoula. Fantastic property.

Great condo in the heart of downtown Missoula! We loved everything about this condo from the layout, facilities and the decor. The location made it easy to explore all that Missoula and the surrounding area offers. We’d definitely stay here again in the future if our travels bring us back to the area.

Great property, comfortable, well equipped for meals in, not exactly in heart of downtown but couple blocks was easy to walk to dinners, farmers market and tubing location. We’d love to return.

Very impressive to walk into after a long flight to Montana. Super clean, lots of lovely touches throughout the condo, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a rental! The shared space was great for hanging out and the location was perfect: walkable to river and all the fun restaurants and shops!

We will be back to stay here again! The condo is beautiful and all details cared for. The location is perfect. And the property management is impeccable. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience.

Unit was conveniently located in the heart of Missoula. Easily walkable to numerous restaurants and breweries. View from oversized windows was fabulous. Super clean, well decorated. Exceeded our expectations.

I stayed here with my adult children while visiting Missoula for one of my son's graduation from UM. It is a wonderful apartment home!

We stayed in the condo for almost a week to attend an event in Missoula. It was very comfortable for 2 couples, tastefully furnished and decorated with a great location close to downtown. It had more extra special touches than any other we've stayed at. The only 1% negative would be the outside noise that made it into the condo. Located at a busy intersection, the vehicle traffic was subdued except for an occasional pickup truck putting the pedal to the metal. We could also faintly hear the train and nearby church bells but we come from a much larger town and were used to it. If you're looking for absolutely no noise, then a cabin in the woods might suite you better. Other than that, the management team went above and beyond making it an enjoyable stay. Well worth the nightly rate, especially splitting it between 2 couples. Thanks Amy!

In Missoula for a college visit with our 2 sons, this condo was perfect! Great views, close to everything, loved the decor, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and furniture. Would definitely stay here again, had a great time, thanks!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The linens were all very nice and oh! the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The Keurig coffee maker had the option for steamed milk, yummy. The unit was located in the downtown district, which I didn’t mind, however if you aren’t a custom to the sounds of city life you may find it too loud. To get to the condo you will have to climb two flights of stairs. When we were there, there was an awful odor in the corridor to the unit. The unit itself did not have this odor. Management team was extremely communicative, which I so appreciated. Thanks for the wonderful stay! -denise

There was east of getting where you wanted to go. Lots of places to visit within walking distance. Not as quite as we would have liked, but am overall good place to stay. Great finishes!

This property is stunning! Well furnished, clean, spacious and within easy walking distance to everything in Missoula! I'd stay here again the next time I'm in town. Communication with the property management company was easy!

We rented this condo for a fun weekend with friends and GRIZ football. The unit is fabulous!!! We could not have asked for anything more! The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location was within walking distance to downtown pubs/restaurants. We highly recommend this unit and would love to visit again.

Excellent location within walking distance of all that Missoula’s historic downtown has to offer. And the City Brew coffee right downstairs is so, so good. Absolutely wonderful space! Modern, spacious and comfy. Loved it! Would absolutely stay again.
