The position of the hotel was good, but it was not easy to find. We arrived when it was already dark outside and had some trouble finding the entrance to the hotel. It was not very clear that the hotel is actually inside the commercial center. It was very close to the Sudirman Night Market, where we had delicious food every night. 24/7 reception

The window of the room could not be opened and the air inside was very very stale. The room was not clean, we had the overall feeling that we didn't want to place any of our belongings on the floor - we didn't even fully open the luggage. The bathroom had the tiniest sink ever and the overall conditions of the restroom were very poor. The place was nothing like what was shown on booking.com - I definitely not recommend it and will not go back again. We wanted to organize a tour to the tea plantations, but the reception didn't have any travel agency info to share.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen. Das ist auch wirklich das einzigste!

Es war überhaupt nicht angenehm vorallem für 3 Sterne. Es gab Schimmel an den Wänden und es hat auch sehr modrig gerochen. Die Bettwäsche und dir Handtücher waren verschmutzt und teils zerrissen. Auf Nachfrage wurden Sie ausgetauscht, doch diese sahen nicht besser aus. Es war ecklig. Vom Badezimmer möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen zu sprechen. Ich weiss wir in Europa haben einen anderen Standard, doch ich weiss genau in welchen Land ich bin und das ich Abstriche machen muss. Doch dieser Zustand geht überhaupt nicht für diesen Preis! Schrecklich. Das Konzept muss wirklich überdenkt werden!

Lokasi sangat strategis, cukup lah ya fasilitasnya.

Kebersihannya kurang, handuk cuman 1, minta 1 lagi dikasih yang sudah compang-camping, banyak semut, di deskripsi dapat bed besar 1, taunya dpt twin, SAD.

The hotel is well located and has nice views of the city

The rooms need to be mantained and maybe refurbished. The first room where I stayed for the first night was very dirty and the room in bad condition - some mould and the wall decoration was falling. Because of a loud beeping noise on the floor, they changed me to another room on another floor. It was better maintained and cleaner. Still, the room and bathroom should be cleaner

Sheets were dirty (also after cleaning). The bathroom had fungus and the room had ants. The shower only had 1 temperature, burning hot. After a complain the shower was not fixed. No cold drinking water.
