The staff is enthusiastic to support me when I need to visit places in Saigon. Clean room, comfortable bed. There is no elevator but that is not very important to me.

despite getting there after 3pm, room not ready. I waited for them to clean. but it was filthy. and cold shower. no good communication with staff.

So, I wanted to try out this boutique hotel for a night in Ho Chi Minh, since I am staying in the countryside for 2 months in Saigon (Long An)...the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was well equipped with shower gel and shampoo amenities. The room had a good size TV with Netflix. The bed was very clean and comfortable. This hotel has a very nice laundry service and I gave a few clothes of mine for washing at a very affordable price. The laundry lady did a good job of washing and ironing my clothes. The room has a nice decoration and the lightings are good in the room. The bed is equipped with a ceiling reading light. You will enjoy this hotel more if you are a couple or if you have a girlfriend. The room has a nice mini fridge and compact drawers. The bathroom is very well designed with glass mirrors and great mirror bathroom lighting. A lot of coffee shops around the corner and a great vibe. The cleaning lady and the morning receptionist young boy were very friendly and nice to me.

Yeah, so ahhh...i had to pay 100k VND for early check-in. When I checked in the receptionist girl was not very welcoming and polite. The same goes for the evening receptionist girl. Maybe they need some training on how to be friendly to all foreigners irrespective of their nationalities. The hot water does not work in the bathroom. So, I was only taking only cold showers. They gave me the first floor and it was kind of noisy in the late afternoon and at night. The room was not soundproof and I can hear a lot of people running around the stairs, loud chair noise squeaking, and door bangings. So, yeah...if these things can be sorted out then that would be a great start for many other ex-pat solo travelers and couples.

Location was good and close to most things, customer service was good and friendly. It was a well soundproofed space and quite private and is well located within the city on a safe feeling street. It has a good quality working airconditioner and refrigerator. The shopfront is stylish and new looking.

The bed was very uncomfortable (but was quite large), the floors were dirty, the bathroom was a bit unsafe, water sprays on electrical outlets. Stairs only access and lots to go up. The showers are either very hot or very cold. The space in the rooms is incredibly small and the bed runs from wall to wall, no space on the floor or nearby for a suitcase. I got the distinct feeling this hotel was for clients looking for very short term stays and a private bed.

The staff was really helpful and very nice! They really tried to offer the best service possible and they are very friendly. I stayed there for 3 weeks before finding an apartment and the hotel is well located, the room is big and I had a small balcony.

The shower water pressure was not great and the hot water was not that hot but at the same time it was really hot outside so having warm water was fine. And you should also know that you have to restaurant/eating area in the hotel, there are only rooms so you have to eat out every day.
