This was perfect for our recent stay in Spokane! The property owner was super helpful and the house was great!

Great accommodations, location, and value for 12 of us!

We enjoyed the stay. House is large and accommodated our family. We enjoyed the gathering areas and kitchen. Location was perfect for our needs. It is on a corner of a busy street, however the side street the house faces is very quiet with little traffic. The house is close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. The kitchen could use more silverware and other kitchen items are limited. Towels were nice but again limited. We were short one towel, There are no small lamps in the bedrooms or any furniture other than the bed and very small nightstands. There are no board games or kid toys. There is a fooseball table downstairs. Did any off the issues take away from our stay…absolutely not. We enjoyed the house and the stay and would recommend it and stay again if the need arises. The host is commutative during the stay as well.

Property was well worth the money. Location to what we needed wasn’t ideal but that was on us and our lack of knowledge of the area. Wish we had an iron and a large fry pan or griddle. Difficult to cook breakfast with what was provided. Other than that it was perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Rooms are big,clean and very comfortable. Living room & dining area were my familys favorite spot to all hang out together and enjoy eachothers company . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us !

Clean well proportioned house with everything you need for a big family. Neighborhood is clean with many well cared for homes. Near a relatively busy street, but ample parking and privacy available. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

It was in the perfect location. Nice big yard felt safe and homey lots of room.

Our group consisted of 8 adults and 4 children. The space accommodated all of us really well! The open format with the kitchen/dining/living room allowed us to all be together for meals, play time and just being together time. Will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits! The only thing that was not expected, and a little difficult, was the parking on the road that was so close to a corner.

Nice, clean house. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen was big and easy to cook in, but could definitely use more equipment. Pots, pans, bowl etc were too few, and in terrible shape.

We had family stay a this house and attend our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The home was centrally located and quick to get anywhere. The beds are comfortable, the couch was too. The TV was fine. The kitchen is new and everything worked well. The kitchen has plenty of place settings. The owner even provided a Krueg, coffee pods, and creamer which was unexpected. The host communicated just the right amount. Easy all the way around. Thanks

Jeff and Rebekah were terrific communicators and very easy to work with. They made the stay accessible and simple! The house was a great size and had a lot of amenities built right into it. Great layout and nice when you are multiple families traveling with kids. Nice central location and an easy going neighborhood. The only tough part is we are all from rural areas so the street lights and house lights surrounding were very bright in the bedroom windows at night. Plan on bringing some suction cup darkening shades from home if you are used to sleeping in a pitch black Room or your babies are ;). Would definitely stay here again and were grateful for the hospitality of these owners!

My family all gathered to celebrate our grandma’s 87th birthday. We traveled with small children and the home was perfect. The layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room was exactly what we needed to all hang out.

The location is great. Easy access to just about everything. Real roomy. The only thing we could have used was more towels

Our main complaint was a lack of toilet paper and the barking dogs on the block. The house also is VERY cold on the lower levels and hot on the top floors.

Eight ladies on a golf trip. Lots of beds and space. We needed more silverware, and Jeff responded quickly to our request.

Over all are stay was great! The kitchen was lacking when it came to cooking not enough pans thing's like that. Garbage cans were full when we got there on Tuesday and weren’t picked up until Friday the day we were leaving. It was very hot when we’re there and the air conditioner did not keep the upstairs cool. Jeff was great to work with he answered my questions when I texted him very promptly.

There were 12 of us in our family from 3 years old to 92! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Nice house. Just need a little more silverware as we would have to wash utensils everyday as we would run out often. We just bought plastic utensils so as not to have to wash everyday. Measuring cups would have been nice and the hand can opener was broken. Did have to kill a few spiders and a centipede! (We were told they had just sprayed a few days earlier so they probably came inside to get away from the poison!! Lol) No big deal. Overall, I would recommend this place, just needed a few tweaks. Also, make sure you have “white noise” as there is a main busy road next to the house.

This place was great! Beautiful, great use of space, stocked with everything we needed, wonderful for multiple families, easy to find, quick access to freeway, stores and activities! We had so much fun!

It was nice to have so much space it has a huge backyard that was nice for playing games in. I would of rated the cleanliness higher, but there was a scheduling mixup with the cleaning company. However, the host was very accommodating

If you’re looking for a no frills place to stay near Coeur D’Alene, this is your spot! It comfortably sleeps 12 with extra room for littles:) The main level has been remodeled and is a quaint living space for your whole family. The owner, Jeff is a great communicator and very easy to work with! We had a great time staying here:)

We stayed here with family for our trip to Silverwood. This place provided everything we needed. Baby items were a big plus. Lots of daily dishes and silverware, some basic pans and utensils. Lots of cabinets in kitchen for storage. No tv's in the bedrooms. Noise travels between rooms. Air conditioner was extremely good.

This place was bigger than we thought. There was a lot of room in the house for adults and kids. The location close to I-90 was perfect for our trips to Spokane and CDA. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities.

This property was PERFECT. There was so much sleeping space and it was both spacious and pleasant. The K cups were a nice touch, and the hosts were fantastic. Thank you!

Loved the big back yard, great for the yard games we brought to play with grand kids. The beds were super comfortable. Loved that the house has 3 FULL bathrooms. Easy to maintain floors in the kitchen and bath. Great place to stay!

Very Spacious, close to shopping, nice location and neighbor hood. Huge back yard. Loved this place and we will be back!!

We loved the property. It is in a great location. Easy to get to the highway and easy access to everything around. Home was clean and the check in process was easy. Windows need to be updated. If you want then open a little the bar that is used to open them sticks out from the wall. My wife didn’t notice and hit her face on it. The window must be all the way open or all the way closed or this bar sticks out. Many of the blinds have issues and won’t fully close so I felt the privacy wasn’t great. The owner/manager kept us up to date with emails which was nice but didn’t respond to any of my emails. I quit responding to him because I got tired of being ignored.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. House was very clean and was very welcoming.

The house was a perfect fit for our family. Lots of space to spread out. The location was easy to find and quick access to the freeway!

We would definitely stay at this property again. Lots of space yet cozy and close to shopping and food.
