Room was ok. Service staff were friendly. The main issue to drop my rating is because this hotel had the WORST internet service of any hotel I have stayed in within the past 5 years, possibly ever. No reason in this day and age that I should have a 1300ms response time to Google.com along with dropped packets. I couldn’t get any work done and had to go to Starbucks instead. Could barely use my phone for email and my iPad for YouTube in the evenings. Horrible.

I was shocked when we went to check in that if you are checking in at all before the stated time they charge an extra $35! Of course we declined as we were only 1/2 hour early. Not impressed by this attempt at charging the client more money.

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful, especially Angel at the breakfast service.
Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a headache, also being difficult for my husband to get a good night's rest.

I didn't do the evening bit, but the breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, plus all the breads, juices etc you'd expect. I really liked the shampoo they provide, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could buy some to take with. A very pleasant stopover on my trip; I will likely stop here again.

Checkin was ok but we were threatened with an early checkin fee at 2:45 pm on a Sunday afternoon, she didn’t charge it but never had that happen in a suburban hotel.
Evening reception was great, bartender terrific, breakfast was good as well.
Across the street from Spokane Valley Mall and 2 minutes to I90 with easy access. Spokane River view room was nice.

Convenient and quiet as it set back off the interstate. The suites are spacious and beds are comfy but our suite had a runny shower stopper and a curtain pull was half off track. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing special but staff were nice. We'd go back to Oxford Suites if our travels take us to one..

First, I had a late check in and the toilet wouldn't go down. I asked for a plunger and the guy handed me one with a bag wrapped around the end. When I took the bag off, digusting and smelly brown liquid poured onto the floor so I had to clean that up after driving over 9 hours. Then I wanted to shower if course, and the darn soap/shampoo holder is laying in the tub. We stayed here once before on our way through, but after this experience, not sure if we would again or not.

Newly updated decorations (08/2024). Very clean. Small bathroom. Near the mall and several restaurants. The breakfast was average free breakfast food-powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, cubed hash brown potatoes, cereal, bagels yogurt etc. The waiters were friendly and kept the breakfast buffet well stocked.

Dirty. Floor was dirty, ice bucket was dirty. Missing a coffee cup , asked for another, said they would bring it, never did. Breakfast was not food.
