The location, condo and amenities were great. Really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the cleanliness. There was food stuck on outside of the kitchen cabinets, surfaces were super dusty, hair/dirt/dust all over the tile floors. There was a broken chair left in the bunk room closet, not the safest for the kiddos. I would recommend a deep clean and carpet clean to the owners. Other than that we loved our stay!

We had 10 people in our group. Place was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Other than the AC dying and the mattress' on the trundle being flat, place accommodated all of us.

Our overall stay at this property was very nice. Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars. Unit was spacious for our 14 guests. Well outfitted with the necessities in the kitchen. Views from the outside deck were spectacular. We spent a lot of time out there. One suggestion made to the property manager was regarding the living room and dining room furniture. Couches and reclining chair were very worn and dining chairs and barstools were uncomfortable.

We enjoyed beautiful views from almost everywhere in the unit & especially the balcony. Just the right size for group of 11. The pool was perfect for younger children. No steps was perfect for seniors. Many nice stores, restaurants and activities within short walking distance, which was convenient for everyone!

We booked this property as a post Labor Day beach vacation/distance learning spot. The unit is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full and 1 half bath situated on the top floor of the west building of The Meridian condo complex. Off the living area is a large terrace with expansive views of the ocean and southern views over Ocean City and the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. Having a washer and dryer in the unit meant dry towels and clean swimsuits each beach day. There is a pool and exercise room in the west building, and direct beach access from the east building. The building manager was responsive to my questions, and provided the name of a laundry service through which I arranged bed linens and towels, as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The only reason I didn’t rate this unit as 5 stars is that this must have been a busy summer rental season, and the unit was in need of a deep cleaning of the living room furniture, the carpets, and the terrace, on which many liquids had clearly been spilled. Otherwise the location and layout of the unit were ideal for our family of 5.

Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. All up-to- date appliances and televisions. Kitchen is very well equipped. View from deck is amazing. All bedrooms very comfortable.
