Very friendly welcome after a stressful day due to a cancelled BA flight at T5. A pay as you go mini-bar in the reception/dining area was exactly what we needed after spending a very frustrating and stressful 8 hours in Heathrow to go nowhere.

Smoke alarm set off by a little shower steam.

How quiet and clean it was even if a block from bus stop, a few from the train station, and about £20 Uber ride to the airport.

Perfect for people in transit. Clean and comfortable. Communication with hosts was very clear. Close to town centre and station.

Comfortable enough and as described. Parking was easy, some snacks and drinks available, everything you need for a short stop over. Staff nice and available, easy to check in. There are some nice communal areas and it's in relatively quiet street. Very good value.

Rooms unlock by entering a code and each button press beeps. So every time another guest comes back it's "beep beep beep". Lucky no real late night disturbance. Its also a converted house with all the creeks and noises that entails. The location is slightly harder to find than you'd expect and is a residential street.
