Had a bad outlet connected to tv. Didn't receive the deposit back. Staff not friendly except for elderly porter.

Location is excellent, quiet street. Rooms were beautifully furnished.

We had 2 queen beds. Only one bed was upgraded, the other was a bit old and creaky.

Downtown close to all the stores, activities, river, and bourbon st.

The hotel does not have a microwave or laundry room, the ice machine on the floor was broken, and parking is expensive. The rate I paid at booking.com was supposed to be $146 per night. I stayed only three nights and paid over $1,200 with parking when i checked out. There are too many fees, taxes, and other hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until checkout. Our neighborsing rooms had people smoking skunk weed. Hallways and our room smelt like a skunk our entire stay. I'd give this place a 4 out of 10. Only because the room was clean, the service was great, and the location was good.

Fist of fall there is no any notes that parking is not for free. They charge 50$ per day. I paid valet parking. Left my car, and got it back damaged. For that expensive valet parking this is ridiculous

Kentrell was fabulous. She was very pleasant and informative about the haps around town. Always a smile on her face!!!

The absence of a microwave. Everywhere we went we had some sort of carry out with extras but no way to warm it up.
