We enjoyed the house very much. The outdoor patio was great in the evening and 8 adults and 3 kids did fine outside. One thing to report…the house was a “no pets” property but there is clearly a dog that is present…there was a lot of black dog hair present. My grandson is allergic to dogs, and part of the reason I chose that house was my assumption that there wouldn’t be pet hair in most of the house.

The house was decorated so cute! It was a comfortable space to relax, spread out and enjoy each others company. We used the front porch swing, backyard patio and the living room to chat and share laughs. The downstairs master was perfect for my mom! Cute little areas around the neighborhood! Would consider staying here again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and exactly what we were hoping for. Kayla was amazing and really made our stay special. Would absolutely recommend.

This property was so amazing all around. There was a group of 9 of us that came for a bachelorette weekend! Kaylei was an amazing host, easy to communicate with. The property is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and just a quick earth ride away from all the business of the city. I will recommend this property to everyone I know.

The property was super cute and not to far from anything. There were a few things that needed cleaned up (fridge) and the outdoor furniture was in bad shape. The owner also had a lot of personal items around which was weird. Overall, it was a decent place to stay while in Nashville.

We stayed in the Nash Nest for a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was great at communicating and was flexible with the check-in/check-out process. The house is exactly like the photos and the neighborhood is very close to everything. 10/10 would recommend!

There are not enough actual beds to fit 12 comfortably, so a few people had to share a couple air mattresses. But there was plenty of bathroom space and the rest of the house was very spacious. Oh and an ample amount of backyard space with a gas firepit! Kaylea was a great host, she responded quickly for the most part and even went out of her way to allow us to check in a little early so we could decorate before the bride arrived. Trust the listing. We found everything as advertised. the Mural was an extra treat for my daughter as she has missed them since moving from Nashville. We communicated with Kaylea and she was responsive immediately. What a beautiful home.

The property was so cute and so close to everything! We stayed with friends with a total of 10 and it was perfect! Great atmosphere to spend time with friends and plenty of room. Kaylea was quick to respond and helped us with checking in early and late when leaving. I was celebrating my 30th and it was so memorable thanks to kaylea!

This was the cutest house! We had the best time and the owner was so sweet and willing to help plan anything we wanted to do!

We had 10 girls together for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed the house, the decorating was beautiful and I loved the kitchen. The house does say it sleeps 12, but it's important to note that's by using two blow up mattresses, so if everyone in your group wants a real bed 8 people is really best. Other than that we had a great stay and the NashNest is a perfect location for easily getting around the city!

Wonderful place! There were 9 of us girls and only 2 showers so keep that in mind. Lots of the girls upstairs were coming down to the larger master bath for makeup and such and being as it was a girly weekend, this worked. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and blankets for us all which was great. You’re a straight shot to downtown within 10 minutes and even closer to hit the interstate so this was great to be able to load up and get around. Kaylea the host is very helpful and responsive! Wonderful weekend.

Our small group of 5 adults wanted a get away that was fun, relaxing and allowed us to maintain social distancing. This place was perfect. It felt like a real escape but we could still enjoy great Nashville take out eats and outdoor activities. The location is terrific and the house feels like an oasis, both indoors and out.
