locked out of the bathroom; couldn’t complete the stay because there was no maintenance staff available meaning NO BATHROOM. Need I say more

Nice neighborhood, full kitchen, comfortable temperature controls, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, quick response when we had questions.

Only one complaint - No overhead light bulb in bedroom light. Bedroom was very dark.

Great location right in the middle of a awesome neighborhood. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance.

All of the condos are on the second floor with no elevator.

It _really_ needed one more comfy chair and a coffee table or a small sofa. The photo in the details page showed a sitting area and the room absolutely had space for a sitting area. Those items would make the room perfect and earn superior ratings all around.

The communication with Sonders was difficult. I spent countless hours on the phone and replying to emails when I should have been enjoying the city and my family. I lost a whole day plus getting situated, due to poor communication with Sonders.You also spend a lot of useless time downloading Apps to check in and use the amenities. I travel with work and leisure and never had a bad experience as I did here.

Did not find anything objectionable

It was close to family members I was visiting. Also, because this studio was in the middle of the building, it was quiet. Even so, the staff had left several sets of disposable ear plugs and there was a noise machine. I found the Chromecast system easy to use as well as the dedicated code for the doors.

The studio I stayed in was quiet but I felt closed in. The only window with clear glass overlooked a tar roof and the view was another set of windows just like mine on the other side of the roof. It was safe, quiet and clean, but not inspiring to hang out in.

No real complaints

Loved the location and parking for the most part was easy to navigate as long as we were out and about by 11am. Everything was quiet and relaxing and the room was clean.

The flat was a bit smaller than expected and what we thought it would be based off of the photographs advertised for it. The bed itself was clean but a bit hard when it came to the mattress.
