Con una ubicación ideal, a menos de 200 metros de las arenas inductoras de euforia de la hermosa playa de Kalamies, esta nueva villa contemporánea de tres dormitorios ofrece espacio, privacidad y fácil acceso a todas las comodidades. Una estancia en esta villa sería perfecta para cualquiera que desee relajarse a tiro de piedra del azul infinito del Mediterráneo. Esta villa cuenta con una gran sala de estar con controles deslizantes que se abren al patio perfecto para cenar al aire libre y una amplia área de piscina bien mantenida. Arriba hay un increíble dormitorio principal con baño, otro dormitorio con dos camas y un dormitorio doble con baño familiar. Totalmente equipada, esta villa es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar cada minuto de sus vacaciones.

We had a beautiful time! The villa looks as pictured. It was very clean and fresh. And the area was so nice and relaxing, with just a short drive to busy areas. The host was super nice and gave us late check out without a problem. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a Great stay at the Melody Villa!
Everything was flawless from indoor to outdoor. I give my best recommendations!
In the middle of May the sun hit the pool from early morning till around 6pm which was perfect for us - time to take a short walk to the beach and restaurants for dinner.
Well equipped kitchen for making breakfast and just take everything at your own pace.
If you want calm environments and lazy days, this is it.

The villa is beautiful and has every thing you need but the back garden is surrounded by trees that really need to be trimmed down as the sun is not reaching the whole pool and the water was freezing to the point of not being usable, it my well be different in mid-summer but in November the pool is useless.

perfect stay
this was a very nice introduction and perfect stay in the given apartment. location is nice but with few constructions around which seems might be completed soon (hope nearest beach and promenade are fixed soon). very nice pool.

enjoyable weeks of very comfortable and modern property
well equipped and very nicely located. amazing pool. comfortable beds. although location is very nice there are some minor reconstruction were happening around the building and in the nearest beach. however the speed and progress impressed therefore should not be an issue at all very soon. maybe some insect's net are missing to be able to use more an open window during the night. however conditioning system is nicely dealing with any temperature behaviours. would definitely recommend and come back.
