We were delighted with this beautiful condo and amenities! Super clean, close to restaurants, shopping and activities near Main Street! They pay attention to details (labeled lights, light snacks, keurig cups, anything you’d need in the kitchen) and very safe location! Parking was available but we walked most everywhere due to the excellent location! Owners were kind and responsive! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s throughout the years and this is probably our favorite to date! I would 100% stay here again and refer to friends/family!

The condo was great for us. The layout was good, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bath had all the essentials. The condo is well- maintained and very clean. It’s a great home base for exploring down town Greenville. The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic tranquil oasis in the heart of downtown. Apartment is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The security of the apartment and the parking was great. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend.

The condo is clean, nicely furnished and love the patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and I loved the bathroom and luxury linens. Perfect location to enjoy everything in downtown Greenville. Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my recent stay in Greenville. The condo was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The little patio was very nice to relax with coffee in the morning or an after dinner drink. Having a parking space was amazing, since parking in Greenville can be challenging. I didn't really need to use my car during my stay because the condo is within walking distance of the Peace Center, restaurants Reedy River Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I will come and stay again.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal and having a dedicated parking spot outside your door is so convenient. No need to drive all weekend as there are so many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

Great getaway for a birthday celebration. Too bad it rained. But, we’ll be back.

I am hesitant to write this review because I know that the more positive reviews they receive, the harder it will be to rent this property again. But seriously, this is a great listing. We loved the location, the layout, the whole dang thing. I was even able to sleep in the bed the first night which for me is a miracle. Convenient to restaurants and general walking in the downtown area. So clean. So open. Fantastic shower. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

This condo is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had! The location right near the middle of Main Street was amazing…we parked the car and didn’t need it all weekend! The description and photos are accurate and it’s even better in person. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, private entrance…wonderful! The only issue may be if you and your spouse/travel partner go to bed or wake at different times as there is no door between the bedroom and living/dining and the floor squeaked a bit. My hubby woke early and worked hard to be quiet. Finally, clarify that guests can park anywhere in the parking lot as the numbered spaces made us a bit nervous, but a quick chat with a neighbor assured us we could park anywhere as long as the pass was displayed properly. We will be back! Thanks!

We loved being right in the heart of Greenville. This location is close to so many restaurants, shopping, and the Reedy Creek Falls Park. The apartment was very well maintained. The bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be booking again in the future.

Super cute condo located in the center of town. We were able to walk to almost everything! The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The owner provided a lot is nice little touches. One of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in. Loved the private patio! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location to walk to every place we needed to go

Very comfortable and beautiful condo. Great location. Spacious area, good TV, liked access to parking lot from the patio, good security and easy access to both doors, squeaky floors in bedroom. Curious why there is no door between bedroom and living room. Noise and light made it hard to sleep when spouse was watching late TV in living room. Seems like an easy thing to fix and it would greatly improve things at night. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo in the downtown area. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to feel like home. We look forward to staying here again.

The apartment was spotless! I don’t think there is a better location in Greenville. We parked and walked everywhere. I do all the driving and this was an ideal situation. We will definitely book here again if our travels bring us to Greenville.

We stayed 4 days at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great for our visit and within walking distance to all the restaurants and activities. The bed was really comfortable and all the linens very high quality. Only complaint is there is no bedroom door which is very strange (and could be easily corrected).

My husband and I were in town for a concert at the Peace Center, and the location of the condo could not have been more perfect. Very responsive owners. Know that parking is provided for one car. My husband and I drove separately, but there is a parking deck directly next door for an additional car. Great rental experience!

This location is amazing and is surprisingly quiet. It has all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway vacation. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the decor and brick walls. Most of all, the location was perfect and could walk anywhere downtown in just a few minutes. It was perfect and I highly recommend it.
