The property was very clean and up to date on on appearance.

I booked through booking.com. I booked a king size bed, for one night. When I arrived at the hotel the clerk said she was sorry that she didn’t have any king beds available, so she put us in a double queen bed room, for the same price. We checked in and got our keys and went up to the 6th floor only to discover that the room was already occupied. We went all the way back to the lobby to tell the clerk, to start with she thought that it wasn’t possible that someone was already in that room., that we were being untruthful. She finally believed us and got us another room, a king size bed, that she previously denied having available. It took us about 30 mins to get checked in. The next morning we went to the attached restaurant for breakfast only to pay 22 dollars a person plus tip for a breakfast buffet that wasn’t worth it. It was basically a continental breakfast where you had a waitress. And the food was subpar. I expected better from the hotel staff and the restaurant. For $350.00 a night I expected something better that I can get at a motel 8. Very disappointing.

Location was great for a concert at the arena

The housekeeping staff was awful. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, the bottle of shower gel was empty and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned at 2 pm, even though we had been out of the room all day. The rooms do not have a fridge cold enough for medicine and I was told housekeeping find me one and they never even called me

Staff was great, room was SPACIOUS, and the downtown location was perfect. As an added bonus, every Friday night Greenville hosts a festival with live music and vendors right outside the hotel.

The hotel registration/booking server was down over 24 hours, so check-in was a fiasco. However, the staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate impatient guests.

too crowded & not enough elevators

There is an ongoing dispute with hotel regarding their insistence on charging for the full stay even though we had to check out early for a family emergency. They say that they will not issue a credit for the final night's stay because the reservation was made with Booking.com - otherwise they would. I spoke with your customer service department THE DAY BEFORE checking out - they understood the situation and authorized the credit in writing - the hotel will not recognize/honor this. Currently your customer service department is working on getting a refund. I was told that if Hyatt Regency does not refund the money, then your company will reimburse me.

We love the Greenville area. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the food was great.

We just picked a poor date. There happened to be a large dance competition going on, so it was a little crowded. I don’t fault the staff/hotel for this at all.
