We enjoyed our stay at AYOOK very much, the staff is incredible, the hotel has a very nice setup with many nice details. The rooms are small but comfortable, with wardrobes that allows to keep the available space free of clutter. The hotel offers everything you might need. The breakfast is very good with fruits everyday and a different menu for everyday of the week. We had a vehicle and it was convenient for us because the hotel offers a parking space nearby.

Beautiful boutique hotel. It is cozy and decorated with good taste. Courtesy coffee, excellent terrace with hammacas. I loved staying here, The breakfast, included, delicious and abundant.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Hotel ist schön und gut gelegen. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und entspannt, weil das Hotel nicht so gross ist. Das Frühstück mit mexikanischen Gerichten ist sehr lecker.

Das Badezimmer war für ein Viererzimmer etwas klein.

We loved the staff! Above and beyond every day to help. Sorted us out with a taxi for the airport and gave us a packed lunch away with us as well. The decor is lovely and it’s spotlessly clean. The traditional style breakfast was really tasty as well! It’s a good location. Just a short walk from the main square

It could be a little noisy at night: nothing that went on too late! We were in Oaxaca over a weekend in July though when many festivals are happening so there was lots going on outside

I had a great stay in Ayook. It's the perfect location to walk everywhere in the downtown area of Oaxaca. I loved my room and having my own bathroom. The breakfast was incredible! I highly recommend taking advantage of the rooftop patio!

The breakfast was so delicious, and the staff were so nice and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi ride to the airport very early in the morning and offered a packed lunch to take with us on the plane. The room was clean, and the AC was exceptional for the hot weather. We loved sitting on the balcony and having breakfast or a coffee. The inside of the hotel was also just beautiful. I really wish we had stayed longer!

Staff were incredible, huge shout out to Emmanuel - their amazing general manager - who went above and beyond to help with all of our queries! No ask was too big or too small. Breakfast was delicious and filling and can be served right outside your room! (or on the terrace if you so wish) The hotel is a treat to the senses - it was visually stunning (the decor is impressive in the pictures but honestly, even more so in real life!) and it just smelled wonderful - you can tell they really care about how staying there makes guests feel. The facilities in our room and the communal areas were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Wi-Fi was super fast, and our room had its own Netflix account which I thought was a fantastic touch as most hotel rooms have tv’s these days, but you usually have to log in with your own account. I honestly can’t fault this place, it’s perfect and I would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family too!

Only thing I didn’t like was that we only stayed one night!!!! 😭😂 We would have liked to stay longer!

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location in Oaxaca, short walk to the cathedral and most things we visited. Staff were very helpful. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very attractive with lots of wood, there is a roof terrace with hammocks. Our room had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, smart TV, good WiFi and a nice bathroom with powerful shower. The breakfast was cooked for us each morning and was very tasty. On quite a busy road but not noisy inside.

We had a lovely stay in Ayook! Very modern, stylish and comfortable hotel. The staff are amazing and provided great service throughout our stay. Reception was kind enough to arrange breakfast to go as we had an early flight and the breakfast was hearty and filling! The room was comfortable and was cleaned everyday. It was great to come back to Ayook after a long day of sightseeing in Oaxaca.

Lovely little hotel, with excellent conditions and super friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and having water, tea and coffee available all day was a plus. The building managed to remain cool despite the heat outside and it also had some nice terraces and hamacs to relax on. The bed and pillows were really comfy.

Nothing much. The room was fairly small and there was a bit of a walk to get to the city centre, but all well compensated by all the other benefits of this hotel.

A lovely hotel that is beautiful to look at. The terrace is great for relaxing after a big day out. The breakfasts are great and so is the service - Natalia was so friendly.

Because we had a room very close to reception, it was a little odd for us to hear everything going on outside, but this is a minor issue issue and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with cute rooms, amazing Mexican breakfast, free water and very friendly staff! The location is great too, quiet at night but walkable to everything.

The bed was a bit small for Dutch people :)
