部屋が暑いが、冷房がつかない

大森駅から出てすぐにアパホテルのロゴを見つけました♪大浴場も有り1階にセブンとすぐそばにローソンが有り便利でした♪

Excellent location, convenience store, the spa, great value for money. It is close to the JR station with good connections to other areas in Tokyo and inter-city transport.

Would be nice if breakfast was included.

The location is close to the station and a bus ride away from the airport. The bathroom and onsen was nice.

You can feel the bed frame through the mattress so it can be a bit uncomfortable. The instructions for the ac was confusing. The tv said each room’s temperature could not be individually controlled but the controls were actually on the panel by the bed.

Front reception staff was helpful as I stayed at this facility at least 5 times in the past 5 weeks. Stored my gear when I was preparing to leave Japan, but still had a few hours to spend walking around Omori. We went to 2 local parks.

All good, no real dislikes.

The staffs are very helpful and attentive. Room is clean. Not too far from the train station. It has a convenient store at the 1st floor, which will be convenient if you need to send you luggages !

Some personal reason

Good location very near to Omori station. Public bath is very good.

Air conditioner is not good to use. So sometimes the room can not be comfortable.

There was a trainee staff, her name was N Saigon, was very helpful, spoke good enough English to assist us all the way. Saigon knew what to do and how to serve the customer the best way she can. Saigon helped us to set the lock on our luggage as well. Please hire her full time for all the international customers. She has leadership quality, we liked her very much. Your hotel needs an English speaking staff for every shift. Will you be offering the staffs English classes? The customers will really appreciate the customer service to provide English speaking staffs.

The room was very small and there was nowhere to hang our clothes and belongings. No hotel safe to put our precious things in it to keep them safe.

Staff was very patient and helpful, especially as I did not speak Japanese. Attached 7-11, bus to airport and proximity to train station/JR lines was very convenient. Great location with Haneda Airport, Yokohama and areas like Shibuya easily accessible.

Parts of the room were a little dusty when I checked in. Not a lot of floor space (even less when the luggage was out), but for a single room the spatial limitations were reasonable.

It was very close to the station and had a convenience store attached. I could also use the laundry room (without needing detergent) as I had a long stay. Also I was able to extend my stay by a few nights very easily. The staff are very helpful.

The pillow is too flat and uncomfortable.

The location and the staffs were friendly

No free coffee, it was also noisy around my room.

It is nicely maintained.
