Great location. Room is big enough for family of 4. We booked 2 twin beds and combine them together and it sleeps well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean and shower room and toilet were separated which is really good. Highly recommend.

Breakfast style were the same. Wish it could has some changes.

New, clean, connecting room

Staff not friendly, she make wrong invoice, she ask for more money for early check-in at 13.00 (check-in time 15.00) But the room is ready at 13.00. After I see other customers can go to his room at 13.30 without pay extra charge. I ask why? The reason is he book via other platform, not booking.com. However, after I complain after overcharge invoice, other staff (which is better) let me go to my room at 13.30.

the only thing I didn't like was room cleaning, it wasn't the best, and I'm not sure if it's a Japan thing or only this hotel, because they only make the bed and clean the trash, but floor and carpet were not being cleaned all the time, they hotel had 2 types of service, basic and more detail which was when requested but even though the xlean was not thorough

Great new hotel in Ginza. Great facilities, comfy room (we stayed in the premier room on the top floor).

Breakfast not so great and repeats every second day. So called “eco cleaning” is very basic, so I’d avoid next time.

It was well-located, the staff are amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the complimentary food and drinks were great!

The room is very large with comfortable beds places to sit and eat, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities in the bathroom, as well as coffee machine with pods, teas, dishes etc. The bath is huge and shower has great pressure. Overall, everything was very high-end. Staff were professional and very eager to help. They stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, were able to answer all my questions and give directions. The lounge on level 2 with snacks and drinks were a great bonus. Location is great as well as it's close to the centre, shops, JR and subway lines.

Can be a bit hard to find as it has a small entrance, but it has a sign so this is a tiny complaint. There is also no laundry on site, although they offer a third party service (not same day).

Not enough towels, I would’ve liked face towels. Also, no hangers. I didn’t have a hanger to put the towels on. Second, the room cleaning did not include washing the coffee cups. There’s no kitchen to properly wash them.
