We love the CWE and this charming well appointed perfectly situated property. A short walk to all the Euclid, Lindell restaurants. A quick Uber ride to see the Cards. Would definitely stay again.

Master bed mattress uncomfortable. Master bed side tables had a lot of trash in them. Difficulty getting TV downstairs to work & it ended up the remote was in the upstairs bedroom & needed to be switched but that took a couple of days to figure out & a lot of time and frustration. Some of the K-pods caused a huge mess so we were anxious about using the Keurig and didn't buy coffee from the store because there were K-pods (cheap K-pods are the cause).
Loved the lay out of main floor on 1 level and bedrooms on a different level. Had the above issues not been there it would have been perfect. Loved the location!

The townhome was gorgeous and comfortable! The location was perfect! It was great to arrive the night of snow and ice to shoveled and salted walk way.

Apartment is in an amazing location. Property needs some work (gaps in floor, scuffs etc). This property is connecting to another with shared entrance. There is very poor sound insulation and you can hear every word and movement of other tenants. Also the owner had great communication but we could not figure out the tv and remotes were extremely hard to work. I own a vacation rental and would recommend instructions in the property. But that all being said location and b neighborhood is ideal!

We visited for the weekend and absolutely loved the location. The property was perfect for our son and loved walking up and down the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute easy drive from the zoo. I will stay here again if we come back.

Great location, and a friendly neighborhood. Close to a ton of places to eat or shop. Clean location, and has everything it says it has. The bedding is good and so are the beds. never had a problem finding parking on the street.

My family of four stayed here for three nights for my daughter’s graduation from Wash U. This property is extremely clean, very well stocked with all the amenities, nicely decorated and had a fantastic location. We loved walking to the nearby restaurants in Central West End. The area is very safe and I was comfortable taking long walks on my own. We were also very impressed by how quickly the property managers responded with all questions we had during the stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are St. Louis again.

Wanted a safe stay for my family that was close enough to the zoo & union station for easy travel. This place was more than perfect for that! Even had a cute little wine bar across the road for mom & dad 😉 highly recommend!

The house was clean and overall looked like the pictures. The main issue we had was the listing said it had 2 1/2 bathrooms and when we arrived there was only 1 1/2. There was a doorway boarded up so I'm assuming that was the second full bathroom. I immediately contacted the rental company and they were understanding but unable to fix the problem or move us to another location. We wouldnt have booked this home knowing that it was short a bathroom as we had 2 couples and eqch desired our own bathroom space. Area was nice. Parking was challenging at times, there are a lot of stairs, and you can easily hear the neighbors.

Enjoyed location. Only two negative things. Stairs to bedrooms need some sort of runner (slick). Winter heat very dry so a humidifier would be great. The rest was very comfortable.

We met friends for a weekend visit and enjoyed the townhouse. We made food in the apartment and visited Cocina Latina and Up Down bar- which were both in walking distance. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed some walking around. Recommend🙂

This was a nice place to stay in St. Louis, and my family of 5 was comfortable. A short walk to a few shops and places to eat. Street parking wasn't always convenient, but it wasn't terrible. We had one minor need while we were staying and the property manager responded and resolved it quickly. The air handling is loud in this apartment, both upstairs and downstairs - woke us up several times during the night as it cycles on/off. Two very minor suggestions for added convenience: luggage racks in the bedrooms would be helpful and a small table in the master bathroom for your toiletries since there are no counters. Also be aware that you walk up a full flight of stairs to this apartment, and then the bedrooms are on the third floor. Ok for us, but if you have trouble with stairs you might want to be aware of this.

Great house with easy street parking in a really great area!
House is in a great location. Street parking was not an issue at all and we always found a spot close to the house easily. Everything in the house worked great. We cooked a few morning meals and the house had everything we needed.
Beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works well! My family had no issues getting up and down all the stairs, but there are a lot of stairs!
Check in was simple and the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Checkout was also very easy. We really enjoyed our stay. This house was a great “home base” for our family vacation to STL!

Great Property
Beautifully decorated residence with all the comforts of home. Appreciated the quietness, amenities available & comfortable beds. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Found it difficult to park close by a few nights, but still was within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby in the neighborhood plus a wine bar right across the street! (Be aware that this is a 2nd floor residence and that there are a lot of stairs to climb.) Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home away from home
The house was very nicely decorated and was very quiet. There were thoughtful amenities such as snacks, tea, coffee in the kitchen, and soft towels, makeup remover, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable with cozy white bed linens. Very comfortable and roomy place to get ready for events, such as the wedding we were in St Louis to attend. We like to cook, and found much of what we needed in the kitchen, plus 2 supermarkets close by. Wi-Fi worked great. Parking was on the street, but not far. I’m not a TV person, but there were TVs in every bedroom if that’s what you like. The only caution I have is for anyone with knee issues — so many stairs! So just consider that since this residence is second floor….there is also a first floor apartment in the same building. We had a nice stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was super cute with lots of restaurants etc. The house itself was very well supplied with the basics like soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. The only small thing that I would recommend would be a couple of lamps in the living room. The overhead lights are pretty harsh and it was dark without them on. But small thing for such a nice place. (oh, and turn the heat down before you go to bed or you will roast :)).

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was a good location for us, and there were many good restaurants nearby. Most had takeout. One suggestion, it would be great to light the entry to the building, as it is hard to see the numbers in the keypad in the dark. Beds were very comfortable!

Needed a gathering space for our adult children and their significant others in a walkable area of STL. Owners had thought of everything. Very clean. Parking on the street was not an issue. Would recommend this unit and would stay again.

Your VRBO was very clean and nice. Other than there being lots of stairs to go up and down this was an excellent place. I felt very safe. We were in St. Louis for our son's wedding. We were very close to everything. If we had more time we would have explored the little shops there in the neighborhood, but unfortunately we didn't have time to do that. I would stay here again!

The property is in such a cute area, with shops, restaurants and lovely neighborhood. It was SUPER clean (usually I rate cleanliness as a 4) and nicely appointed. Just the right amount of 'homie-ness'. We didn't really cook but there looked to be cookware and so on. We appreciated the upscale feel of the towels and linens. We had a few questions and response time from staff was GREAT! I'll stay at a JZ property again for sure.

Enjoyable Updated Condo
The rental property was nicely updated and was a very enjoyable place to stay. Attention to details was evident with plenty of quality towels, well stocked supplies, & some treats. The location is great for being walkable to the restaurants, bars, unique shops, & galleries of the CWE. Also, the proximity to Washington University Medical Campus/Barnes Jewish Hospital, Children’s Hospital, & St. Louis Collège of Pharmacy makes is very convenient, if this is the reason you are in STL. The streets are good for walking, but parking can be a challenge. There ate many steps to the second floor and within the condo...makes for good exercise. Communication was easy, & the owner was exceptionally understanding & kind with an issue we discussed ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
