We were looking for a place that would accommodate our whole family comfortably and this place is even bigger than expected. The decor was really nice, compliments to the decorator. It was very quiet, the building and the apartment is very well taken care off. Communication was excelent and everything worked as advertised. Only suggestion for the kitchen would be a kettle. Everything is near by for food, groceries and even attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks for having us.

It was a nice quiet clean place . Very beach like decor. Taylor property manager was really great after a few hurdles in the beginning not knowing if unit would be ready for our stay but all worked out . Minor issues - WiFi didn’t work - website was shady ?? and we wished the bedrooms had some mirrors - we had to do makeup in dining area because bathrooms very tiny . Shower leaked water over floor needs longer curtain . Wash and dryer very loud and dryer didn’t dry well. It would have been nice to have luggage racks to get clothes off the floor . I bought extra hangers myself. (1) sun chair was rusted/broken. Extra items were nice to have , thank u for that !! Overall nice clean place and we enjoyed our trip !!

I wouldn't say that this property was recently renovated. Couch and chairs were extremely worn and grungy. Disappointing! The king beds were amazing! Yeah! Kitchen was okay and good cookware. Could have used more than 5 forks! Beach equipment was very helpful--one chair broke on the beach so we replaced it. Bathrooms could use a coat of paint. Plenty of towels--thanks! Taylor (property manager) was beyond amazing! The unit wasn't cleaned very well (hair balls along the base board). She took care of it quickly. The kitchen sink was leaking under the sink and she quickly took care of it. I liked the idea of 5 tv's but the one in the living room was the only one that we could access 'regular' channels. The others just had prerecorded stuff.

Great Week in Cocoa Beach
Great place to stay especially if you are traveling by air. All we need were our suitcases. All the basic needs for beach days were provided along with linens and beach towels. Comfortable beds and large screen tvs that were easy to navigate. Tasty local eateries and a well stocked kitchen items when we wanted to eat in. Short walk to the beach and large swimming pool. Overall great place to stay and would high recommend.

Fun stay in Cocoa Beach!
Cute condo in great location. Worked perfectly for our party of 6 - 2 adults and 4 teens. Pool is nice and walk down to the beach is super easy. Great location close to restaurants and things to do. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Some things could use updating/being replaced, but overall I’d recommend it

For us it was the perfect family location as we all love the Ocean.
We found almost everything we needed was there. The location of the property on the ocean was perfect. There was an unexpected painting of the cement around the pool, which was handled promptly and professionally by the property manager.

Worth every penny. Up to date, 4th floor so don’t hear anyone overhead, very responsive to the few problems we had (which were mostly our fault because they were technology related because there are 5 smart TVs snd we aren’t used to those!). Highly recommend.

The location of this condo was great! Close to restaurants, shopping and directly on the beach. The condo was clean and very stylish. We love our time in Spanish Main 48 and hope to come back! Such a great value for our experience.

In a great location with access to pool/beach, very spacious & clean and provided all that you could need - the host was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was to our liking! Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo for your next vacation - we will definitely be back too!!

Excellent views and fabulous space
Everything about this unit was wonderful, the views can't be beat, comfortable beds, huge smart TV's and a very well appointed kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find garbage bags, coffee filters, extra toilet paper and paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent available as well. I've stayed in many VRBO locations and never had as many extras in the unit. The boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella were great too.
The decor and updates to the condo are stunning.
We were lucky enough to be there during Inspiration4 launch which was spectacular and and to hear the sonic boom upon re-entry. The host was amazing and communicated well with us and we were offered to stay an additional day at a discount which worked out well for us. We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach and hopefully stay at Spanish Main 48 if available.
I highly recommend A Day Away Kayak for their bio luminescence night tour tour, it was great too.

Hello Beach!
This was an awesome experience. We had a large group and this condo had everything we needed! We would not have had to bring a thing with us. There were towels for the beach and pool, chairs, beach toys, a cooler, and so much more. I will definitely stay in this property again when we come back!

Wonderful week at beach
We recently had a wonderful week at Spanish Main, one of the Stay in Cocoa Beach properties. The location was amazing, the private beach access was mere steps from the units, and was never crowded, even during our spring break visit. We were also able to walk to many local eateries in the downtown Cocoa Beach area. The complex itself was clean and well maintained, and the units were updated and spacious. Each of the units had an ocean view, and provided a great view of the sunrise. Emma with Stay at Cocoa Beach also provided amazing customer service, going above and beyond to help us after our travel plans unexpectedly changed the night before our arrival. She made a potentially chaotic event, stress-free, even texting me late into the evening to find a solution. She then remained accessible all week to answer any questions we had. Our family had a very relaxing week at the beach.

Cutest condo with all the amenities! The condo was decorated perfectly it felt like a home away from home! The short walk to the private beach with beach supplies in the room made our stay so easy and fun we will definitely be back again!

Perfect spot on beach
First thing, the condo was spotless. The decor was peaceful, the beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. The beach is literally right there. I am truly grateful for not having to drag our luggage up the stairs, the elevator was convenient. We had two 9yr old kids with us which enjoyed the beach and on rainy days there was plenty to do in the area. The condo came w beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards, and beach towels. We just needed food, clothes and bathroom essentials. We spent 6 nights and enjoyed every day there.
