Neat & tidy, this tastefully decorated townhouse is also landscaped beautifully. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet less than two blocks from the shopping, restaurants, and nightclubs of Atlantic Avenue. We can’t wait to return. 👍👍

This property location was ideal. It was a quiet neighborhood, but Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach and Pineapple Grove neighborhood are within walking distance. The townhouse offered everything my husband and I needed and had a well stocked kitchen for the nights we decided to eat in. Travis was easy to work with and very responsive.

We returned to this property for the second straight year. Upon arrival, the unit was impeccably clean, neat and welcoming. We noticed a few improvements and new kitchen items vs last year (thank you!). The location couldn’t be more perfect - 5 min walk to downtown Delray offers super easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this property. What a perfect home for our month-long stay in Delray Beach. The property was exactly as advertised and was everything we needed it to be for two adults and two dogs. The location can't be beat. Only a minute walk to the intracoastal and a short drive downtown...very short! We were able to explore downtown at our own pace since we were so closeby. Travis was very helpful with any questions and we appreciated his attention to detail (we even ordered the same room fan so it was waiting for us back home ;-)).

Location was ideal- 1 block from Intracoastal, 2 blocks from Atlantic Ave. with PARKING. Cute townhouse with a beautiful tropical yard that both my dog and I enjoyed. Travis, the host, was available and helpful. This is the best vacation rental I have ever had!

We had another great time at Travis’ house in Delray. His place is comfortable and clean. It’s close to everything in Delray. We love to walk and you can go anywhere around the neighborhood on foot and by bike. Travis provides plenty of linens and supplies. He is always responsive to calls and texts. We can’t wait to come back in 2024! Thanks for another wonderful month in Delray!

I selected the rental for the location, outdoor space and the amenities all of which were as described and did not disappoint. The host Travis was great . He was helpful and quick to respond to questions . Close to town and beach but still quiet. We would love to stay again in the future.

The location was perfect , short walk to downtown ! No car needed . spacious 3 bedroom with a great rear yard with a BBQ , hammock , benches & more. Large smart TV with a Roku @ free Hulu Live TV .

After a tough year, I found the perfect place for me and my sweet dog to rejuvenate. This lovely townhome has a charming backyard where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It is also within walking distance to the well known Atlantic Avenue filled with shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach! The neighborhood is safe and dog-friendly, and Travis was a wonderful host. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would return in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is a bright home with the living area looking onto a lovely backyard. Most importantly the location is fantastic, just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue where all the action is. Our kids were just a 5 minute drive away with whom we spent all our time.

Another great stay!!
This is our second stay at Travis' property in Delray Beach. We love the condo, which is extremely comfortable for two couples, including the backyard, barbecue grill and the washer/dryer. The neighborhood is great with it's proximity to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Travis is super responsive to any requests and easy to deal with. I'm sure we will return!!

Travis' townhouse was excellent! The check in process was easy and the house was so clean and well stocked. Plenty of linens and paper goods. The backyard was so relaxing and peaceful. This is a very well looked after property. It’s close to the beach, Atlantic Avenue and stores. It also has a beautiful zen garden.

A month in downtown Delray

The home is sunny and bright and sparkling clean. Accommodations were perfect. Super dog friendly!!
So close to all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is pristine. I talk many a long walk with my dog around the entire neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away as well! The host- Travis- was available for any questions. We would definitely consider renting this home again!!

Delray family vacation 2021
Great location just blocks away from Atlantic Ave. Several restaurants close to the townhome before you get to the main strip. Townhome was uniquely decorated with pictures in each room., Even the main bathroom. The outside area was perfect. My boys loved the hammock. The master bedroom has a private deck area over looking the back yard. All fenced in and very private. The unit sits on the end of other units...super convenient for parking. Once you arrive the host will provide the code for entering. No keys are needed during your stay. We loved this option. Plenty of towels in the upstairs closet..
Could use more wash cloths for the shower and in the kitchen area. I did suggest this to the host. Washer and dryer provided, camping chairs, and boggie boards for the beach. The host also provided shampoo and conditioner in the shower...body wash, too. This was a nice surprise. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towel in the storage area behind the kitchen table.
Great place for a family of four. We love Delray beach...would love to return. Thanks for a great stay.
Restaurants to try: Green Owl for breakfast- so good and very reasonable. Deck 84, vegan restaurant. Cigar bar very close to the townhome as well. Strongly suggest Burger Fi and Sandbar directly across from Delray beach. Both delicious.- Burger Fi is super convenient- order ahead on their website. Awesome option. Sandbar is 21 and older only FYI.

Enjoyable Delray Beach Stay!
My family of four enjoyed this clean, modern, well stocked townhouse! It is in a beautiful neighborhood which was quiet and peaceful. We easily walked to the beach on A1A and to Atlantic Avenue for dining. The backyard was truly a peaceful oasis and we enjoyed the hammock and other seating, as well as use of the BBQ grill. A full size washer/dryer is a plus. And they take pets!! Highly recommend!

Stylish, charming and walkable
Everything we could have hoped for with an extended getaway. Our host was available to answer questions with regard to checkin or other things that came up. The unit was clean and stylish. The neighborhood is established and very nice, but in process of being polished. The backyard provided some nice outdoor living options. But most importantly, the location is walkable to Atlantic Ave and everything downtown Delray has to offer; the beach, restaurants, galleries and the farmers market. Would definitely rebook, if the host would have us back.

Excellent vacation rental condo in south florida
Our one week stay in this Delray beach, FL rental was fabulous, as the beach was within 1.5 miles distance, but owing to the Gulf stream, you can navigate it by a 17 min walk to North end over the pass or 10 min drive, we did both! The Delray beach was clean, quiet and we could spend a memorable couple of hours of an afternoon there. Our best find was the amazing Spanish River Park beach in Boco Raton, the very best beach with almost no large waves.almost like your own gigantic sapphire green pool, so gentle that we ended up just floating for 30 min or more..several times in one afternoon! Thank you Travis for your excellent and prompt recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Another morning was spent exploring the lovely Murikami gardens in Delray beach and experience the Zen one can find rarely! Their Bonsai collections as well as colorful turtles were such soothing sights. The condo was also well furnished with enough cooking gadgets for a seasoned cook like me, the master bedroom has a record player where I could play my favorite Allman brothers in late evenings while reading. My favorite find in Travis's condo was the collection of poems from Natl lib of Poetry, which I read every day! We and our old dog were delighted to enjoy the tropical backyard with our evening " chai". I would say its been one of our best beach rentals so far and we have rented in many coastal towns across the country and overseas. Thank you Travis for helping us make our beach vacation memorable, especially as we found no crowds at either of the beaches or even in the excellent restaurants or cafes we visited (Deck 84, Hawkers Asian fusion and Bagels in Deli), with all social distancing guidelines with masks followed there.
