The room was much bigger than described. My room was at the high floor and the view was amazing both from living room and bedroom. I could see all the Haeundae beach and also Gwangan Bridge. This area is quite busy area where the parking is very difficult but the accommodation offered free parking which is quite a big merit. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

The display pictures didn’t math the actual hotel. The bathrooms had mold all in them, the ceilings were dry rotted, the elevator got stuck, my room cleaned home didn’t work. The quality of the hotel doesn’t equal to the value. The price should really be cut in half. The hotel need to be renovated

The location was perfect. The ocean view was also spectacular. The TV was goood! The aircon kept the room cool. On the day when our room was cleaned, they did a very thorough jobs. Some towels were soft and clean.

The beds were not comfortable - really springy and only one super soft pillow - which my head sunk into completely.... The hairdryer was broken. The aircon was great, but made noises all night. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day... which I was surprised about, but one of the ladies came in at around 4 or 5pm to give us new towels. (The next day it was made and they did a very thorough job). We had to buy toothbrushes from the front desk- they should be provided for in the price we paid. My towel on the second day had red makeup stains on it - which made it impossible to use. To be honest, I expected better BUT, the location and view made me overlook many of these things.
