This house is great, plenty of outdoor space, plenty of indoor space. Pool was great, wet bar, lower fridge, grill, all fantastic. The manatee’s in the canal were amazing and we watched them daily. We found that a drive to the free parking at the Bonita Springs beaches were a much better beach option than the deeded access or than paying for parking at public access on Estero. We would stay again!

This home is wonderful! They have so many extras like pool floats, fishing poles, beach chairs and a beach wagon. They have lots of plates and silverware which is helpful for larger families. And a million towels!! We loved watching the manatees each day in the canal. The host was great with communication and super helpful with information about the house and area. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for vacation. It’s a beautiful home. The pool was wonderful . Anything you may need for cooking or grilling at the pool bar! Could use some updates . nicely done.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the “Sand Dollar”. This was our family’s first VRBO experience and it lived up to everything we hoped for 15 min drive to the heart of Fort Meyers Beach (Times Square ,Pier) or a 5 minute walk to a more quiet portion of the beach whatever we wanted it was right there for us. Several days we hung out by the beautiful pool and watched manatee all day. House was great , perfect set up for coffee in the morning on screened in porch and a bar near the grills for dinner at pool level. Rusty our host was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Our only concern was that it appears he is a Buckeye fan and we bleed Wolverines blue….Thanks Rusty!!!

The house suited our needs well and was open and spacious for our group of 2 couples and 3 preschoolers. We enjoyed the pool area with lounge chairs and watching the manatees in the canal. The screen porch was also very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. Cart, chairs, beach toys provided. Walk was a little farther to the beach than we anticipated for the children. It's not far as the crow flies, but you have to go around the canal.

This home is perfect. So quiet and peaceful. Close to the beach and Bonita Dog Park. We appreciate the honesty that Patti and Rusty provided about recent renovation work that had not yet been completed to the pool area. Everything was still usable and operational and they were sure to inform us before checking in.

The house was exactly what we needed, the best part of the property is the downstairs garage entertainment space, open the garage doors and watch a movie while enjoying the fresh air.

Laguna Shores was excellent. Perfect location to walk to the beach. We loved the fact we could bring our dog……BoBo. He had a great time too walking on the beach and getting his paws wet in the ocean. Manager very responsive to our WiFi questions. Would stay there again!! Thanks!!

The house was very clean and Rusty was great to deal with. The king size master bed was very comfortable. We get to see manatees almost every day in the waterway behind the house. The pool was was nice and had bar outside to sit at. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our week at the property. There was easy parking for our boat outside of the gate and the house was very comfortable. We used the pool every day and enjoyed the beaches at Lover's Key. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved the neighborhood for biking and walking our dog.

Nice location and beautiful views of manatees daily. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Would definitely go back to and recommend.

We loved the unit. The children loved the pool. We saw Manatee and iguanas. We ate coconut from one of the coconuts that fell from the tree. We also brought a kayak and kayaked right off the dock from the back of the house. The back screened porch was great for board games and cards after the kids went to sleep. The whole family loved this house!

We just got back from our Ft Myers Beach vacation and our whole family is talking about when we can go back. This rental had everything that we needed in a great location. It was at the south end of the island (which was great since the traffic at the North end was terrible). We saw a family of manatees in the water behind the house and there were green iguanas all over the place. My kids loved it. We can't wait to visit again.

House was great. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. Back porch and covered are by pool were very nice places to relax. Thoroughly enjoyed staying on south end of island away from tourist hotspots and getting on/off the island via Bonita Springs. Beach was an easy walk. Gulf Boulevard was under construction (noise, bumpy bypass road, not walk/bike friendly) but should be great when they are done.

We had a wonderful stay. It was easy to communicate with property owners. The kids enjoyed the pool and the layout of the house was wonderful for a large family.

For our family, being on the south end of the island and close to the state park, dog park, kayak rentals, Fish Tale Marina for boat rental and easy access to Naples, was PERFECT! Beaches, shelling, boating, floating in the swimming pool and watching manatees behind the house in the canal was just right! For these Central Floridians it was great!!!

Beautiful pool and easy access to private beach. The canal is full of animal life and the outside porch is wonderful for meal times. We had everything we needed. It was a true pleasure staying here!

This property was wonderful. The pool and screened in porch were used quite often and the beach is close by. When we had a question the owner, Rusty, responded promptly and helped solve the problem. Would definitely rent again.

Great property. Location is excellent. Safe, quiet, and 10 min walk to the beach. The new wagon helps take all the stuff with you. Pool was awesome. Heated at 86deg which was perfect. Loved the screened in porch for breakfast and dinner. Communication with owners excellent. We would definitely rent this house again

This place was perfect! Even though some days were chilly the kids still swam in the heated pool. There were plenty of towels and anything else we could need. We loved it so much we wanted to stay another week but it was already booked. We will be back!

This property worked out great for a working vacation. Plenty of room to separate for work calls and wifi worked great. Private pool with plenty of loungers to keep you in the sun. Grill and kitchen worked great for eating in. Private, quiet beach within walking distance.

The owners we super easy to work with. Great communication. Love how warm they keep the pool. Great area of Ft Myers....quiet and great docking if you are a boater!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house was clean and the layout of the house was just like the pictures. We enjoyed all of the different outdoor lounge areas which gave us the utmost relaxation. The pool was super warm and so close to the dock. The dock was convenient for fishing, along with a great spot to watch manatees and other sea life every day we were there. The beach was about an 8 minute walk from the house and was very private. We could not be happier with the communication we had with the owners and will definitely be considering staying here in the future!

We had an amazing time at this property. Close to several beach access points. Not far from many dining options. Home was very clean, perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating in the screened in area on the back deck. Pool was wonderful! Overall excellent stay, and owners were responsive and very kind. Would recommended to anyone headed this way, we are definitely sad to have to leave!

This property was clean and spacious. It is in a quiet neighborhood with private access to a shared neighborhood beach about 10 minute walk from the house. The beach was closed on day 2 of our trip (due to COVID-19 virus), so we spent the next 14 days relaxing, swimming, and sunbathing in the pool. The house was fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We cooked every meal in the kitchen or on the grill, and ate at the table by the pool or on the screened deck. The home backs up to a canal and the manatees would occasionally swim past which was exciting. The homeowner was super kind, and helpful. We can't wait to return!
