Too few mugs, had to wash up to have another brew. Only one parking bay when room for another.

The location was ideal, rural but with easy access to Lincoln and surrounding areas. The cottage was very clean, very well equipped to a high standard and perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable.

What's not to like? Lovely, cozy cottage. Warm welcome, literally. The log burner was lit for our arrival. The beds were so comfy. Really slept well. Will likely book again.

Couldn't fault it. Absolutely spotless. Everything you needed was supplied. Some people might not like the distance from pubs etc but we didn't mind as we liked stopping in at night.

Beautifully clean with everything you need for self catering.

The fire had been lit and the key was in the door when we arrived. The cottage is warm and peaceful. Only about 15 minutes drive to the park and ride at Waitrose for Lincoln. Handy for Doddington Hall Estate too. We had a great weekend away.

really minor - only 3 forks and the coffee machine was a pod thing - a cafetiere would have been good.

Fantastic location, really nice and well kept cottage and fantastic hosts. Definitely staying here next time I find myself in Lincoln

very lovely barn conversion. lots of space and great outdoor seating

no shower in bathroom slippery mats everywhere on wood floors cooker hob didn’t always work no dishwasher as expected not as clean as expected, lots of cobwebs, especially the old dead spider amongst the herb drawer
