If you are scrolling through homes and wondering where in Maui to stay and which home to choose…I would definitely recommend you stop now and book Amber and Jeremy’s place if it’s available.
The location in Kihei is just perfect - there’s so much you can walk to (including Nalu’s, which has live music and my vote for best poke bowl, and trust me - I did the work). But having the water views and the beach right across the road is amazing. We would walk over to watch the sunset, and were treated to getting to watch literally 2 dozen sea turtles make their way out of the water onto the sand under a starry sky.
The neighborhood is so green and lush and the property is beautifully landscaped. And the POOL! My kids spent hours in and around this gorgeous area.
The house is sparkling clean, spacious, and full of light. It’s even better than the photos - high quality appliances, beautiful finishes, and modern spaces. Amber and Jeremy have thought of absolutely everything and make it so, so easy. The house has everything you need and a lot you didn’t know you needed but actually did!
The only downside of this home is having to leave. If we are lucky enough to visit beautiful Maui again one day, I would 100% want to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It has everything. Very clean and location is ideal. Short walks to close restaurants and parks. We found drives to North, South, West, and Central Maui appropriate and not too long. Beautiful yard and pool. Jeremy and Amber were great host. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony every evening. We highly recommend and will return in future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable - perfect for our family of 5. There are gorgeous views from the front (where you can see and hear the ocean!) and the back (where you can enjoy sunrises over the mountain). The beach is even closer than I had realized, and we loved walking there every evening to watch the sunset and the turtles that come to shore. The pool area is beautiful as well. All in all, this was the perfect place for our family’s Maui vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Kihei home. There were views from every window—Haleakala (out back), corridor views of the ocean (in front) and tropical plants from all other windows. The beach was a super short walk down the road and it was a great place to spot turtles during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. The place was immaculate, and Amber was super responsive. I’d definitely stay again.

All I can say is WOW!!! Top notch, high quality property that is better than the photos.
Comfy beds, endless amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms (LOTS of QUALITY towels & mugs), ample storage for you to feel at home, great water pressure in the shower, wonderful BBQ, the pool area is beyond your wildest dreams, and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to a beautiful sand beach. I recommend going there for Sunset every day to watch the families of turtles come us to the beach. So cool!!!
Amber is an excellent host with prompt responses. You feel like you're in a private home and you wouldn't even know there is a family under you!!!

Vacationed with our two kids and my father. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one takes the cake by far. You’re lucky to rent it if you get the chance. Well stocked, clean, close to everything including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phenomenal hosts, private and beautiful setting, pool was amazing and the beach walks were beautiful. This was our second stay at the Hale Anna, and it certainly won’t be our last. Once again, the property was perfect. During this stay, another couple joined us, and the house offered plenty of room for our group of four adults. You can’t beat the location and the amenities. The pool is fantastic and completely private. The beach is great, especially during sunset. It was so nice having beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas available for use during the days that we spent exploring other parts of the island. Amber and Jeremy are great hosts, and it’s nice to have them close by for help/recommendations, etc. We look forward to booking this property again sometime soon. Highly recommended!

We were delightfully surprised with this place, how clean and new it all was, and how convenient the location is. We have a teenager, middle schoolers and a toddler. There are so many beaches within a 15 minute drive that can cater to all of their beach styles, big waves for body surfing, calm beaches for the little one and ones in the middle which worked great for everyone. Right across the street is a beach with amazing turtle watching and best sunsets on Maui. Thank you to Amber and Jeremy for hosting such a lifetime of a vacation for us.

This was a vacation of a lifetime for us and I desperately wanted everything to be perfect. I looked at so many housing options and I can tell you that you can stop looking now, this is perfection. The home is immaculate and even better than pictured. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and gives you privacy that you won’t find at a condo or hotel. Amber and Jeremy are on site to help but not at all intrusive. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys. As others have said, the kitchen is well stocked!
The beach across the street is amazing to watch the sun set though it is very rocky so be sure to bring water shoes if you plan on using it as a swimming spot.

The Hale Anna house was just perfect for our family of 5. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & more. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the pool but we found ourselves spending quite a few late afternoons in it. We were very happy during our stay! Amber and Jeremy were so nice and always quick to answer any questions.

What can I say about this incredible property and hosts?! The home is literally equipped as if it is your very own home. The kitchen has everything you could want/need to cook, grill, drink coffee in the AM and mix up Pina Colada's in PMs. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the entire property is IMMACULATE, inside and out. The private pool was an amazing bonus that few other properties offer. The grounds were lush and well kept. And Kihei is close enough to Wailea and Lahaina so you can go shop, eat and beach hop but quiet enough to not feel crowded
The hosts Amber & Jeremy were friendly and offered great suggestions but also provide privacy that makes the home feel as if you are the only ones there.
We would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely book this again if we return to Maui.

Wonderful vacation home
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. my husband and I brought our teen boys and my mom. Easy process the whole way through. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler for the beach. Private pool was amazing. Amber and Jeremy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely use this house again!

Fantastic Vacation Property
My wife and I stayed at Hale Anna for our honeymoon. The location is ideal, with a beautiful beach across the street and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, while it might be raining on other areas of Maui, this particular location is almost always sunny and dry. The pool was fantastic. Both the pool and the house offer complete privacy, which we enjoyed. The hosts Amber and Jeremy were great, and it was nice having them nearby and available for any questions/recommendations. This property was exactly what we were looking for. We have no complaints, and we look forward to visiting again sometime soon. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely beautiful property. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for a great stay. The private pool is exceptional and the house is immaculate. We were 5 adults staying and we all had lots of room. Beds were super comfortable.
Location was great we walked across the street to the beach on our first day and saw three huge turtles just hanging on the beach. It was breathtaking. Within walking distance to grocery and some great restaurants. Hosts Amber and Jeremy were always helpful and there if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Rental
It is really difficult to summarize what this trip & stay meant to us. This trip was in the works for over two years. Originally we were planning to stay in a resort and then decided to try something more private due to Covid. I am so glad we did! The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. The pictures online really don’t capture how amazing this house is. We were blown away. And the private pool??? Absolutely amazing! The kids had so much fun and it was great not having to worry about sharing it with other people. The beach is very close and easy to walk to. We saw sea turtles every time we went to the beach. The beds in the rental were incredibly comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well on a trip. And the house is fully equipped with anything you could need. Amber and Jeremy are so welcoming and friendly. If we ever return to Maui, I would love to stay here again. Best. Vacation. Ever.

Relaxing Maui House
In a great location, very close to all the great Kihei restaurants and shops, and also right across the street from the beach. From seeing turtles sunning on the beach, to kids playing in the pool, to meals in the bright and spacious living area, this rental has it all. If we make it back to Maui, it's the first place I'd check for availability. Mahalo!

another great stay
I stayed here a couple of years ago and had a great experience that I decided to stay here again. Amber and Jeremy are the best hosts. The beds are the best, slept really well. A big lanai in the front as well as off the master and second bedroom. Stargazing was best here. The pool area is great-clean pool and lots of lounge chairs. The kitchen comes stocked with plastic as well as glass for use inside and out . Plenty of dishes and cookware. A nice assortment of spices and condiments (most likely left by past guests). The host live right below but you would never know as they are very quiet. We only had two issues (smoke alarm and a/c issues) and were resolved in a matter of minutes. Just a short walk to a beach and have ocean views from the front lanai. Would stay here again!

Great beach cottage in Maui.
This is a great place to stay when visiting Maui. There is a beach right across the street although you will most likely visit visit other more popular beaches during your stay. The house has a small extra half bath so it’s 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms. Each room is nice and spacious and the full bathroom looks like it has been recently remodeled. It’s very nice with a great shower. There is a washer dryer right there in the cottage so that is very convenient. The pool is a good size and very private. My 4 year old loved it. There is several stairs to get up to the unit so this may be a problem for some. Also know the owners live just downstairs in the unit below. They are very helpful and attentive.

Amazing stay
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property and will definitely be back again
We arrived late at night and Amber was kind enough to meet us at the front gate and help check us in. The place itself is very charming a) our kids just loved the private pool - its so nice and well taken care of b) the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean c) the supermarket is a 10 min walk - we did lots of cooking and enjoyed dinner on the patio d) the beach was a quick 5 min walk as well - we saw sea turtles just hanging out on the beach e) the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use f) for those of you with young kids - the shave ice place is also about 5 mins away. g) its quite easy to get around e, g, Waimea, short drives to many beaches - Ubers were plentiful for nights out.
Last but not least, Amber and Jeremy were so nice, warm and friendly. They are super helpful and gave us great suggestions on things to do.
We will be back again on this property in the near future. Mahalo!

Perfect place to call "home" in Maui
We stayed at Hale Anna for 2 weeks and made wonderful memories! As a family of 6 who travels a lot, we always use a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel/resort. Hale Anna was one of the very best! Extremely clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the bathroom was large with beautiful tiling and fixtures. The beds were all comfortable with nice bedding, and there were plenty of towels provided. The private pool was such a bonus! I did not anticipate that we would use the pool that much, but it was so wonderful to take a swim after a morning spent hiking, sight-seeing, golfing, or discovering one of Maui's countless beaches. The pool furniture was in great condition and the landscaping in the yard and around the pool was lovely. Hale Anna is right across the street from a small beach where we enjoyed watching gorgeous sunsets and taking morning strolls. Our favorite aspect of the beach across from the house were the sea turtles! We saw dozens swimming in the water or sleeping on the beach. They are beautiful (and protected) creatures. Hale Anna is located in a very convenient area -- we explored as much of the island as possible during our stay and found the house to be centrally located. Also adding to its convenience are the grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks located very close by. And finally, Amber and Jeremy were gracious & kind hosts!

Great location, beautiful property!
My husband and I wanted to experience Maui without being a part of the crowded resorts and still have a comfortable and beautiful place to come to at the end of the day. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It’s central location is perfect to get to any of the beaches/cities you want to visit while in Maui. The property itself is very well kept and the landscaping and pool area are out of a magazine. The beach is a short walk across the street and you almost have it to yourself most days. We saw Hawaiian green turtles basking in the beach every afternoon and you will see a dozen more swimming around in the water. You truly get a real feel for Hawaii instead of a cookie cutter hotel room or condo. The house has everything you need and then some. It was so nice to be able to use their umbrella and beach chairs instead of renting or buying them. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the finishes in the home are beautiful. The owners were great communicators and very hospitable. They left us fresh mangoes and even offered us some fresh fish they caught. I can’t say enough great things! Mahalo to Amber and Jeremy!

Excellent location
We loved our stay in Kihei! Great location - walking distance to several good restaurants and pretty easy to get to most parts of the island. The pool was great -- there's also wifi at the pool, so those of us who were working remote would often work from the pool area. We really enjoyed having a grill -- barbecuing and of course having plenty of grilled Hawaiian pineapple.

Best stay in Maui yet
This was our 4th time visiting Maui and this was by far our best stay. This home is extremely well kept and located near shopping and great restaurants. The beach is across the street so no need to pack up the kids in the car and worry about getting sand in the car. Our kids’ favorite part was the private pool. The kitchen is well equipped so I was able to prepare food at the home on some days. The views from the lanai are spectacular. We would find our 7 year old son just sitting at the table outside instead of watching television which was nice. Last but certainly not least, the owners downstairs were very pleasant and available if needed. Amber recommended some great restaurants. It was nice knowing they were nearby in case there were any issues. Fortunately there were no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Kihei Oasis
We visited for a couple of weeks in February. The property and hosts were outstanding. The house was really nicely designed and decorated - tasteful with nicely executed small details like the fixtures and tilework in the bathrooms, and the themed artwork and furnishings. The pool and cabana outside was a great place to hang out for our family on "chill" days - totally private and comfortable, with great sun exposure most of the day, and also shady places to sit and relax. Amber and Jeremy were perfect hosts - welcoming, informative, and helpful at all times, while providing us with ultimate privacy and comfort. The kitchen has everything you might need including mixers, toasters, and all the pots and pans, and an outdoor barbeque. Plenty of towels for your beach and pool adventures, and even a beach kit complete with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a boogie board. It's hard to give such a great review because we really would like to come back soon - but it's all deserved. So book this place, just not when we want it! :) We would not stay another place in Maui after having such a wonderful experience here. We are a family of five with two young children (grade school) and a teenager.

Amazing Vaxation!
What a wonderful place to vacation. The house was perfect for us. Although one bathroom it is large and very well appointed so accommodated us easily. Three bedrooms were very comfortable. Great location - easy to access all Maui has to offer. Private beach directly across the quiet residential steeet. Hale Anna is a wonderful place to stay in Maui! We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was our second time to stay here, and it suited us perfectly. The house is comfortable and immaculate. There is plenty of room for everyone. The private pool is a delightful feature, especially travelling with kids. What a lovely home!
What a great vacation we had - the house was immaculate and well stocked and the pictures do not do it justice. There were six of us in the home and the house was spacious enough for all of us and the beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday from the decks! The beach assess was just across the street and we were lucky to see a sea turtle resting on the beach one sunset. The private pool and deck made for relaxing afternoons. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers made our beach days easy.
Amber and Jeremy were very helpful and friendly - thank you for your assistance. The house is centrally located and gave us a good starting point for our Maui adventures (and the walk to Nalu's for breakfast was great). Would definitely return to this home.
