Great location. Added bonus of being able to park for free. Just a short walk to get to the centre of York. Accommodation was clean and spacious, everything you need is there.

Great spacious apartment a short walk to the city walls. apartment was clean and well equipped. owners were very responsive and friendly. they have a Nespresso machine which made my partners day, although we also found an amazing coffee shop above the wall gate.

the apartment is on a road full of student accommodation (as near the university) which didn’t give a great first impression. but I felt safe to walk around at any time of day and there was no noise or disturbance from the neighborhood as I had initially feared.

Lack of toilet paper

the place was excellent and everything on the interior was nice and homely me and my partner came and stayed here for 2 nights and have had a lovely time . the hosts were excellent and helped us when we was struggling to figure out how to get the key out the locker

Really good communication with the host. Given clear instructions on how to find the keys. The location is great. about 25 minutes to the centre of York. There is free on street parking which is a bonus. However, it is a small street and some tight so be aware if you have a big car. The accommodation had everything you would need for a short stay. The hot drink welcome park was really appreciated. Thanks! I would recommend Bamboo Thai Restaurant for an evening meal which is 5/10 min walk away from the accommodation.

All things that wouldn't stop me staying again but I felt were minor negatives. The sofa isn't very comfy. We were out all day and wanted to chill in the evening. The bed was very low. The shower is quite narrow for a plus size person like myself.

Lovely apartment,everything you could possibly need was there. Instruction book available on how to work equipment,local attractions etc. Short walk to city centre and all the attractions. We would definitely book again.

Only one thing let it down which is a shame. Thick dust on bedside lamps and tv. Cobweb was hanging from the kitchen ceiling and there was crumbs and mess down the sides of the sofa.

The apartment layout was really good, and how it was walking distance to york centre so didnt have to take the car.was very good value for money,and would go there again.

I like everything about it most importantly location is spot on 10 min walk into York City centre very nice indeed.

couch not that comfortable

The location of this property is perfect getting to and from the city centre of York. The accommodation itself was lovely and modern with an outdoor space which would be great to use in nicer weather. There are some areas of the property that need some TLC such as marks on walls/carpets but these are minimal and didn't have an impact on our lovely stay.

This could be a matter of opinion but unfortunately we didn't find the mattress very comfortable, we also feel there should be a mattress protector. On another note, for any future guests we would recommend you take your own batteries as both tv remote controls were without on our day of arrival.

Great location, and good facilities. Good size and ensuite in each room was useful. Kitchen was well equipped. Glad to have some of the basics e.g. handwash in the bathroom, dishwasher tablets

Not all parts of the flat were clean e.g. dirt on parts of the floor under the dining table and crumbs on dining chair. There was a disturbance in the middle of the night on our last night of our stay. The next morning I called the number provided and emailed and didn't get a response. I wonder what would have happened if there was an emergency??

A beautiful place to stay, warm & cosy and close by to shops for essentials & not far to walk into the city we had a lovely break 😀

I have no negatives about our stay.

amazing and clean place, with lovely utilities, great location, super for families, only suggestion is to change one of the bedrooms format to twin beds instead of the queen size single bed

the parking spots are in the street and I got a parking ticket despite that the host confirmed that parking is allowed

Very good quiet location. Very comfortable clean and warm. Spacious well furnished rooms.

Slight problem in that automatic light in ground floor hall went off before allowing us to get to the door of the apartment and getting the key into the door to unlock. Managed with torch on phone.
