the fact that the smoke alarms had no batteries, the cabin was dirty, there was no fresh linings on the beds, they had boards sticking up on the decks and bottom deck was closed off, the porches were not clean, the grills was not cleaned and had bird nests in it, the tub was filthy, there was dirt all under the beds and dressers, and the filter on the hot tub was not the correct filter causing it not to work properly, the pool table didn’t have all the balls to it and had paper plates stuffed under the legs, the air hockey table didn’t even work, the lighting was poor, and the stove top wasn’t heating properly. When we got to the cabin they had trash stuffed under the sink with beer cans.

The cabin was dirty when we got there and they speakers in theater room didn’t work and a lot of the lights didn’t work
