The only good thing was location.

1. First impression, the apartment smelled like smoke/cigars. Not even air freshener could make it entirely go away. Also, everything was very outdated! 2. The flooring tiles were cracked and carpet dingy/stained in every room. 3. The major issue with the carpet was in the dining/living room near the barstool where the carpet was soggy, making me believe there was a leak/mold issue 4. One of the bathtubs had a huge blob of yellow sealant in the tub which I initially thought was bodily fluids. 5. The vents were beyond dusty/dirty 6. The bedding/sheet had holes. 7. I found body hair on my bedsheets from previous occupants 8. The upholstery and cushions were stained and severely cracked/peeling 9. The walls needed painting... scuffs in multiple places. 10. The front of the microwave was damaged, questionably affecting heating time. 11. The kitchen sink faucet sealant was coming off.. again making think theres a leak issue. 12. Pot found under the sink with moldy water in it. 13. Icebox with brown food residue.. maybe chocolate icecream. 14. There was a random door separating the initial bedroom from the rest of the condo that was not pictured in any of the pictures... I wouldnt have had a problem with it but the door stopper was broken and the door is very heavy, so I purchased my own door stopper. 15. Kitchen trash can cracked in multiple places. 16. Lint insert missing in dryer. 17. Bathroom door with brown residue on it.. not sure what it was.. 18. Holes in bathroom wall where towel rung once was 19. Cracked outlets 20. Mattress on pullout sofa warped in the middle with foam exposed under it. I can go on but these are the things that stick out the most. The only good thing was the proximity to the beach.

Que estaba en buena ubicación las paredes de vidrio para ver para todos lados hacia afuera es espacioso nadie anduvo molestando muy bonito las piscinas está bonitas por que tienen varias

Lo que no me gustó fue que cuando llegamos la carpeta estaba sucia la aspiradora no aspiraba el sucio de allí todo lo demás fue magnífico

I liked the location. The beds were comfortable. The grounds were clean.

Small repairs needed to be made to the condo.

Geräumiges Apartment direkt am Strand. Viel Platz und gute Lage. Problemloses Parken vor Ort.

Teilweise etwas spärlich eingerichtet (insbesondere die Küche). Bei einigen Lampen haben die Birnen gefehlt. Entriegeln der Tür über einen Code, der jedes Mal neu eingegeben werden musste, war etwas umständlich.

Location

The furniture was filthy. Cigarette smell Was very strong. Carpet was disgusting and had wrinkles. Big trip hazard.

The place was in a great spot and the kitchen was nice. We have a lot of space.

Make sure the sheets on the bed is clean and the drawers are clean out . We had to leave early because of bed bugs in the master bedroom. So my daughter birthday was ruining and because they don’t relocate you to another room.
