They have thought if everything- really superb attention to detail. Communication throughout the booking process outstanding. property VERY clean. Hands down one of the most efficient and effective stays I’ve had in decades.

That I had to leave by 10am, although I understand the reasoning in the current covid climate.

Loved the comfort, style and decor of the apartment. There were some really thoughtful extras provided by Shani which made the stay even better. I would highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

A fabulous, comfortable flat with everything you could need for a stay away from home. Beautifully furnished and was perfect for our needs. Shani is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

the shower tray was large and much appreciated unfortunately it was also very slippery an anti slip mat and or grab rail would be a useful addition

the property was very clean , and very comfortable and well equiped. the host had left us a lovely welcome pack and welcome note which included wine, biscuits, bread, milk ,eggs, butter ,bacon, tea bags , and coffee we will definatley return next year

Renovated apartment with distinctive decoration and lots of nice touches. Fully equipped kitchen and supplies provided for a full English breakfast! Very comfortable for our short stay.

The bathroom clearly suffers from damp as evidenced by the black mould on the window. Perhaps a more powerful extraction system is needed.

Cleanliness it was a lovely place everything you needed host was in touch and easy to reach and welcome pack was amazing sausage bacon cheese bread butter prosecco biscuits milk water there was tea coffee sugar was great it was lovely inside and out the bus stop was right outside £4 return to yarmouth the chandelier in the living room is amazing bed very comfy lovely towels bath robes and slippers I would highly recommend this place for a couple who want a break the people in gorleston are very friendly and the witherspoons pub had great food all in all we had a great 4 days

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The foodstuffs left for us were considerably more than we were expecting. The fact that a lovely old building is still in use and I liked the situation, overlooking the river/working port

We took a stroll around the shared garden but there were a few deposits of dog pooh which were a bit off putting. I realise this is out of the control of the owner but maybe it is something to be raised as a residents’ issue.

The little extras the bed was so comfy and the whole apartment tbh, felt so comfortable

It was really comfortable. The provisions left by Shani were very welcome, all the little extras were great, think anything that you would need was in the apartment. Seeing the ships going up the river across the road was interesting they were so near. The fact that there was parking at the property was very good.

Unusual and imposing building with an interesting history. Lovely, comfortable apartment, tastefully renovated. Excellent facilities and many thoughtful extra touches. Very good WiFi and lots of channels available on the tv. Great views of the river with lots of large boats going by. Buses to Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft from just outside the front door. Lovely large enclosed garden. Always a parking space available in the private car park next to the House. Helpful owner who answered any questions immediately.

Shani went over and above with this property. Everything in the apartment is of the highest standard, all feels very new (ie bathroom, bedroom, kitchen). Excellent facilities in the apartment and very comfortable for a Saturday night in. We had Chinese food delivered on Saturday which was delicious (Bamboo Gardens). Shani's contact during the whole booking process and afterwards is exceptional and very personal. Overall we loved staying in the apartment as part of our 'road trip'

Koolunga-House is a beautiful house in Gorlestone-on-Sea, it has good parking facilities and the house is within walking distance of most facilities. Gorlestone-on-Sea beach is a good 30 minute walk (1 Mile), but it's a straight walk if you go along the coastal road/path which is right opposite Koolunga-House. Koolunga-Larch is one of the ground floor apartments within this historic house. The apartment is a beautifully furnished one bedroom, with modern facilities, fantastic bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room; which also had a small dining table and chairs. The owner provided everything you could possibly need, including some added extras that were a surprise and very much appreciated. My husband and I would love to stay here again.

There wasn't much to dislike, but be aware this is a shared building.

It was a pleasure to stay in this historic house. Car parking so easy and bus stop outside. The decoration is fabulouse and the host left a lovely starter pack of food and some treats. This is such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Beautiful property, everything you’d look for in a short or long term stay, beautifully furnished, everything you need and the welcome pack of food was a lovely touch, the owner was always in contact in the lead up to the stay, and when there if required, a first class host and apartment, will definitely bring staying there again.
