Wonderful house.. close to downtown, ping ping, large table that whole family could sit at. Property owner very responsive. Looking forward to staying again. Would surely recommend.

The house, stocked with indoor and outdoor games for our kids, was a perfect fit. The ping pong table was a big hit, as were the lightning bugs in the backyard. When a severe thunderstorm caused a power outage at the house, the owners were very communicative and helpful...to the point of bringing over a generator! We all loved our stay there. Wonderful home! Clean, bigger than expected, and felt like home to stay there. The yard and deck in the back are beautiful and a real bonus! We loved our stay!

This property is HUGE. It was great for our big family with a bunch of kids. The dining table alone is like a continent--seats 10 comfortably. The backyard is a great place to toss a football. The master suite is luxurious and gigantic (inc. big Jacuzzi tub). The host was very quick--he fixed the stove in 48 hours when it went down. You will not be disappointed. The neighborhood is quasi-rural. It is close to a few big parks and trails. Two fireplaces. Space heater. Fully equipped kitchen. What's not to love?

This house was perfect for our extended family to share. Very comfortable and homey with lots of room to spread out. Especially loved the huge backyard with fire pit, gas grill and lots of seating.

Very spacious and nice house. Loved the big dinning room table to gather around. Also spent a lot of time in the TV/ fireplace room-comfortable furniture. Ping pong table was fun as was the corn hole. A badminton net and rackets would be fun also since the yard is so big! Liked the outdoor lights at night. Wish we could have gotten the outdoor fireplace working-we think the knob is broken because we could get it lit, but then it went out cause the knob wouldn’t stay in-maybe operator error😄 Lots of kitchen space which was great for all the food we brought! Bedrooms and beds very nice. For the older people the really really low toilets were a challenge! They need some height. Would definitely stay here again especially to have those mornings on the deck with family, coffee and bunnies!

Our party of seven arrived to find a spacious house that had no stairs which made it safe for the toddler. The dining room table seats eight very comfortably, which was wonderful because we could all eat at the same time. The toddler had a great time running around in the enclosed private backyard while his mother and uncles played corn hole. Gramma & Grampa challenged everyone to games of ping pong. The four bedrooms were at the opposite end of the house from the family room which kept things quiet for those of use who decided to sleep in. I would look for this house again if we decided to visit Ann Arbor again.

Loved the property. Found it nicer than the photos indicate. Lots of places to be. The outside space is great. Very clean and had everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood with great location. We were quite impressed.

Our family stayed here together while we attended a wedding in Ann Arbor. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed for four nights so used all the facilities:) We played ping pong and corn hole, sat on the front porch and back deck and did laundry. Loved the large kitchen and table where we could all sit together for meals. Loved the propane ourdoor firepit too. We sat around it on the last night watching the fireflies. My father has COPD on continuous oxygen so this was a wonderful place for all of us to gather with him. Thank you Diane and Jeff! We made memories that will last.

We lived here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Plenty of bedrooms and the ping pong and corn hole are nice play options on site. We, and, all of our visitors thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

My family and I were in Michigan for a wedding. So we had a lot of family dropping in to visit as well. This house was perfect for us! Clean and spacious! Large, beautiful, well equipped and cozy home. We all felt comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Master bdrm is almost an apt of it own! Owners attended to nice details ie basic toiletries and holiday decorations. Owners very attentive to a few issues that arose, resolved. Highly recommend this home for a family or group.

We really enjoyed our family reunion in Ann Arbor. The ping pong table, back deck, grill, fire pit and large yard were much appreciated. Giant dining room table seated all of us at one time. Good place for families.

Great stay at this property. It was an easy drive to Ann Arbor and to the wedding venue on Scio Church road where we spent a lot of our time. The kitchen was well provisioned. The front door key pad was touchy and difficult to use. Often would take 4 attempts before it opened for us. The beds were a little soft, but otherwise, we were very comfortable. Thank you!
