Great location, very comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Response time from Fransa was immediate and excellent. The few occasions when the noise from the apartment above us became unbearable Fransa was very quick to get peace and quiet restored. Not Fransa's fault we had very loud gusets above us but great response.

The enclosed patio doors... Eevery time someone moved them, on any floor, the noise reverberated top to bottom... The noisy and inconsiderate guests above us seemed to open or shut thei door every 45 minutes to an hour... :-(

Location and convenience

Load shedding stress since the unit was upstairs

The view is to die for, also the safety especially at night since restaurants are a walking distance. Friendly host.

The lift was not working, so was the iron.

I never stayed there so I couldn’t stay .

I called the day before my check in and no one answered the office number . I then called the cellphone number and the lady that answered said we don’t work on a Sunday ! She was so rude . Besides the fact that if you are in the accommodation business I would assume you work 7 days a week . I was enquiring about an earlier check in . She was abrupt and said that was not possible and they didn’t have a reception either so we couldn’t even leave our luggage there . We therefore booked at another spot which was so fabulous , kind and accommodating.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed as a family. Location was perfect and the view from our room was just divine!
