The Lands is a beautiful home away from home with lots of character and yet also has all the latest technology, making our stay very comfortable. Extremely clean with many extra thoughtful touches. We felt the hosts have a high level of excellence that is refreshing. Welcome use of all the snacks, coffee, and basic foods stocked for us. Communication with Miles was easy and clear. Thanks for the hospitality! St. Louis was great….we spent 3 days going to the City Museum, Forest Park, and the Zoo…all wonderful!

This place was very welcoming from the second you walk through the door. It was spotless! It was full of comforting charm and really made you feel like you were at home away from home which is a great way to feel while on a trip. Miles was very responsive and helpful in the booking process and attentive to any questions I had. Would definitely choose this property again if available on our next trip to St Louis! Before you arrive to the property it can be a bit intimidating as the neighbor is a bit rougher, but we took it as an eye opening experience/teaching experience/talking point for our kids, and I will say that never once did we feel threatened or unsafe during our stay. Again a very comfortable place to stay and the alarm system also helped feel even more comfortable. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful place to stay for those visiting the St Louis area!!

Denise was easy to communicate with, we were able to get an early Check-in, the home was exactly what I expected. I wanted a St. Louis feel, but a little updates. It was comfortable and roomy in the bedrooms, the living room and dining room were perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed. We had a great stay there with the family.

The home was cozy and cute, and Miles and Denise truly thought of everything. From snacks to spare chargers and toiletries, the home was equipped with more than I would have expected. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home. The neighborhood surrounding the home can be a bit rough, but the community is making great efforts to improve the properties, and you truly can’t go wrong staying so close to so many STL landmarks. I would definitely book another stay here.

Miles and Denise leave no stone unturned when it comes to hospitality. If you can think of it, they have it. My wife, mother, sister and brother in law all stayed at this property. There was PLENTY of room for all of us! Only cons I can try to find is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly low, and the neighborhood was on the rougher side. That said, the house was secure with an alarm system, and the garage added extra security for our large SUV. In addition, my sister parked on the street in front of the house with no issues. We found it easier to unload/load the vehicles from the front curb as well. In short, we loved the property and will stay here again when we return to STL. Thank you Miles and Denise!

Located in-between all of the attractions of St. Louis! House was very nice, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Host was great!

This is a beautiful home with all the comforts anyone could think of. Interesting city with so much to see and do. We felt very safe here and the location is perfect for quick access to downtown areas like the arch and sport events. We would definitely look at returning to this home if we return to STL.

It was like staying in a really lovely home. Every time I wished I had remembered to bring something it would appear. Check in was simple and easy and we were close to both the airport and many of St. Louis attractions. I would stay again with no hesitation.

The house is amazing. EVERYTHING you need is there. The kitchen has anything you need. The garage parking is a great extra. If you are going to St Louis this is absolutely the place to stay. We will stay here anytime we are in St Louis.

I can’t say enough about the property owners and their property! They provided everything that you would need at home and answered any questions within minutes. Decorated adorably, clean, quiet and spacious. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family. The owners communicated very well and in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and spacious and clean. It was well-stocked with snacks, cooking needs, towels, and extra blankets and bedding. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and loved the layout of the house and the beautiful decorations and furnishings. Just a short trip to so many family-friendly attractions like the Magic House, the City Museum, and the Arch. The garage would be a great added feature; however, our 15 passenger van was too large to park it inside. We had no problems with parking our van on the street in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay at The Lands, and we would definitely be willing to stay here again.

This house was a great place to meet with another family and spend a few days exploring St. Louis. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The neighborhood is nice and friendly. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable - my wife wants to know where the host got them :-) Very nicely decorated, very thoughtful touches throughout the house like the basket of snacks (which disappear quickly with teenagers in the house) and the charging cables. The host was attentive to any issues that came up. Finally, the secure garage parking saved our cars because there was marble-sized hail during our stay.

The home was just as advertised. We enjoyed having a garage to park our vehicle in. We felt very safe and if we are ever in the area again we will be staying there again.

The house is well decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend. We bring our ‘VRBO box’ with us when we stay out of town. This box contains everything we needed to purchase when staying at other houses. We didn’t need to open it even once! We appreciate the communication with the owners. The house is well laid out as well.

We spent a long weekend in St Louis at The Lands. The property was immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Miles and Denise thought of everything! They had recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. The home was immaculately clean and had all the conforts of home. We appreciated the “little things” so much like charging cords, night lights, basic groceries so we didn’t have to immediately make a grocery trip, labeled light switches and little notes about how to run the TVs. The house is within a few minutes of all the major attractions, so location is great. We put our vehicle in the garage each evening and appreciated that option. Thanks so much for hosting us! We highly recommend The Lands to anyone visiting the area.

This property was great for what we needed. It had plenty of bedrooms and beds. It was conveniently located close to downtown where almost all of our activities or events were. House was clean and check-in/out was a breeze. Best part was that the house had pretty mucheverything you would need, this is a huge plus for those cooking meals

This might be my favorite property we have stayed. Great amenities in the home. Great location. Communication with the owners was easy. We found street parking for two vehicles without issue but it was nice to know the garage was an option. This will be our first choice option next time we go through STL!

My family living in Kansas City and Seattle WA came for my grandson's 1st birthday. No one had been able to visit due to Covid and other than facetime on the phone had missed his first year of everything. We thought everyone would want to do other things in St Louis but once they arrived at the "Lands" other than the Luncheon at Maggiano's and his party at Monkey Joe's, family was content to stay and enjoy each other in the most comfortable, thoughtfully plan space we had ever stayed, they even supplied wonderful snacks. I give this home a Five Star review. We had a great time and I will recommend to everyone I know coming to St. Louis this oasis.

From the time we selected the property until our departure, we had the best experience! The house was immaculately clean and extremely well stocked with food, towels, bedding, garage parking, nice back yard and plenty of space for all 7 of us. We had quick responses with our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a wonderful time in St. Louis. This house is near everything. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. We also appreciated the snacks left for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we could possibility need. The house was stocked with paper towels, laundry detergent and toilet paper. The garage was also a bonus. The street that this house was on was nice. There were some rougher houses in the area but it was good to see all the construction and renovations taking place.

Our stay at the Lands was absolutely amazing! When we arrived, I asked about outlet covers since our baby is mobile and Miles told us where to find covers. He also asked if there were enough and made a quick run to the store to purchase more. He was very attentive to our needs and we couldn't be more thankful! All of the extra amenities made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Anything that we may have forgotten, we were able to find in a cabinet or drawer. Before we arrived, I asked if there was a pack n play available and that was all that Denise needed to get one for the house. Miles and Denise go above and beyond for their guests. We would highly recommend this property to anyone with or without children.
