Property is exactly the way it looks in the pitures. Had everything for your stay. Kitchen items (cooked alot at the house & had everything I needed to prepare meals), pool floates, sand toys for the beach, 2 little coolers & a styrofoam cooler, lots of chairs & an umbrella, & beach towels (we didn't use any of their stuff cause we brought our own). With 4 adults & a teenager the house was big enough for us to have our own space. Beds were comfy & having 2 bathrooms was a plus for all of us getting ready in the morning. Used the washer & dryer alot so that was a plus to have also. Houae is mnutes to the stores & the beach, so that was nice everything was kinda close. Had an amazing vacation & would book in the future.

The house was exceptionally clean and the property was as described. Conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from AMI. Shopping and food were just a couple of miles away. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was a great bonus.
The property owner was thorough with information and responsive. Highly recommended.

This is the third time we've stayed in this lovely, beachy home.
This older ranch style home has been completely remodeled and no room was untouched. To the floors, walls, decor and furnishings. We love everything about this home. Especially the value. Anna Maria become way too expensive to stay and this home is just minutes from the Island and is perfect.
Can't wait to stay again.

This property is exactly as it looks in the listing. It is very clean and looks new, and also has everything that you could possibly want as far as kitchen gadgets/utensils go. The backyard is amazing and our whole family enjoyed it! The pool is heated which was great for our December stay on the chilly mornings. It is a short drive across the bridge to Anna Maria Island where we enjoyed Holmes Beach. The property gives you everything you could possibly need for the beach and the pool: beach towels, sand toys, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers (we didn’t use but saw some in the garage) and plenty of pool toys that the kids (10&12) enjoyed. Just bring your clothes and you’re all set for the week! Overall, a wonderful trip and we plan to stay again! This is probably one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed at and we would highly recommend it!

the code didn't work upon our arrival at 1;30 AM. The front porch light was out. We had no phone number to call. as a result we had to go to a Marriott on the other side of town 2 am. very disappointing. the house itself is great but the customer service not so much.

First time in the area. We have two teenage boys. We were in Florida for a family wedding. The house is clean, perfect size for a family of 4.
The private pool was perfect. The backyard is your own oasis. Some negative reviews about the vacuum being in the pool. It truly isn’t a big deal. We just moved it to the side when we were in it. They have provided pool floats, balls, etc. for you to use during your stay.
The house itself was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The coffee pot was nice to be able to bring outside as it was a thermos style that kept the coffee warm.
Anna Maria Island is very close and the owners provide chairs and sand toys, coolers for your use.
We would definitely recommend this vacation home.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood near a nature preserve. We were impressed, but not surprised by the cleanliness of the home. Island Dreams always exceeds our expectations in this department. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation stay with no hassles whatsoever. So far, our favorite vacation home to date. We will be booking another trip soon. Thank you!

This home is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Spent most days sitting poolside, sunning, and reading in the very private backyard! Home is equipped with everything you need; a bbq grill, beach umbrellas and chairs, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. Home is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property, especially the large pool and outdoor dining! Our location was close to the beaches and great restaurants! unfortunately, two of the three pool loungers were ripped and could not be used. We also purchased a new cooler and left it at the house, the previous one was broken. The rental company was fantastic and super attentive, we called about the pool and the ac and they sent someone right away! Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed our time!

The house is great, clean, bright and fresh. Smelled good too. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood close to a couple of preserves and about 20 minutes from everything else. There’s a Wawa less than 2 miles away. The appliances were all in good working condition. The landscaping in the backyard is beautiful. And the covered portion of the patio was the perfect space to sit and work during the day.
We arrived on a Saturday night. It was already dark out and the outside light for the backyard was not working. (It was so dark that one of our group actually tripped over an electrical outlet post that’s in the middle of the patio area.)
THE POOL: The next morning we realized the pool vacuum is supposed to permanently stay in the pool and if it’s in your way while using the pool you have to coil up the hose and leave the robot portion hanging into the pool. WHAT? HOW ANNOYING. The water was cloudy and filled with dead bugs floating. The bottom, however, was spotless. With red tide in the area the pool was our only option. I emailed the management company and told them about the light and the pool situation. In the meantime, my mother started scooping dead bugs out with the net so my kids could swim. They responded that since it’s an older style pool with one skimmer the skimmer port gets shared 50/50 with the vacuum and actually filtering the water. Sometime during the day someone from the management company came and removed the vacuum from the pool. Within 24 hours the water was crystal clear and the bugs were gone. It stayed this way for the rest of our stay. By the time we left the bottom still didn’t need to be vacuumed- so I’m not sure why the vacuum would need to be running 100% of the time. Seems to me that it would be less annoying to guests to have the pool company come once or twice a week and vacuum the bottom and let the filter run at 100% the rest of the time so the water is clear and free of dead bugs.
The dining table was a great place to gather with the family and eat and play cards and games. Besides the pool, the rest of our stay was perfect. The outdoor light never did get fixed.
I’d stay here again but would ask to have the pool vacuum removed from the beginning next time.

We’ll maintained attractive pool home. Interior was neat and very clean with a great layout for two couples to share. Pool and the surrounding deck area were very well maintained and attractive. Enjoyed our 2+ weeks.

had to mandatory evacuate after 1 week of 2 following arrival of hurricane Ian. Property is really nicely furnished and in a great area. bird dated in a few ways, bathroom windows are old and dirty but I guess could be expected on a refurb home. All in all great

Overall a very positive experience! We have 2 small children so having the alarms on the doors was amazing for my peace of mind. They provided us with some extra supplies for our stay, had plenty of beach chairs and towels. We were told there was a cooler and it was actually broken so it was more trouble than it was worth. It would be nice to have some extra blankets or bedding as there is only one small throw in the living room. They only supplied 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Just something to be aware of. Very nice laundry machines as well as well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again! Was in a nice area and close to the beach!

My stay at Seastar
Property was very beautiful! Pool was fabulous! BBQ could have been put in a better spot with lights to BBQ after dark. Also the shower drains mist of been clogged because the water takes way to long to go down.

This is a really lovely property. Very welcoming, very clean. Close to a Publix store and within walking distance of the Preserve. Short drive to Anna Maria Island. Quiet neighbourhood. Great back garden/pool area. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily return.

Beautiful and relaxing home
We spent a very relaxing week in the pool and a couple day outings. Close enough to the beaches, but far enough away to not deal with the traffic of Anna Maria Island. Would definitely rent there again.

Even better than we expected
The location is perfect for us - a couple of miles to the very attractive Robinson Preserve, and only about a 15-20 minute drive to the Anna Maria Island sunsets. The pool is lovely and warm, the house is attractively furnished and comfortable. We did have brief problems with the water heater and the pool cleaner , but Alex was extremely responsive and the problems were very quickly taken care of. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay!

6 miles to Anna Maire, we used our electric bikes to go everywhere. So close to all the Preserves . Great place to stay!

The house was better than the pictures. We had the best time in our own little oasis. As stated before the pool needs a new skimmer but other than that everything was amazing.

Take The Plunge! You Won't Regret It.
What an amazing property! The pictures and description of the property are accurate and exactly as pictured. The area of the house felt safe, and the location is a short trip to AMI. There was plenty of space for my family of four, and the layout of the house was perfect for privacy from the kids.
I fell in love with the kitchen right away! It was fully stocked with every utensil/pot you need to cook with the expectation of a baking sheet. My family needed one several times for baking.
The pool to my surprise was deep at one end with a guess of 7-8 feet. Those with small children have the ability to set an alarm on both backdoors to notify you if one of the doors have been opened. There are an ample amount of towels for everyone. The only con I can think of is the pool cleaner kept coming undone, but we were able to clean the bottom and top out with the net provided. The little lizards were fun to watch in the pool area as they jetted across the patio for cover. There are extra beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrellas and a couple of floating devices that are in the garage for going to the beach or to use in the pool area.
Everything was clean except the master bedroom bedspread and pillow cases, which had spots of what looked like blood....EWWW! I washed all the bedding, but it was annoying after a long car trip from Ohio and just wanting to rest.
There are a few things I think the property could use in my opinion. A handheld shower on at least one bathroom showerhead for familes who have small children. It's difficult to shower little ones without getting water everywhere. Also fixing the drain in the 2nd bathroom because it easily falls down, and the tub starts filling up quickly. Please add a baking sheet or a flat pan big enough to bake cookies and pizza. Lastly, make sure that all sheets, bedspreads and pillow cases are clean for guests.
Would I stay here again? Yes! Check-in/Check-out was easy peasy. Its a quiet, resort like property with everything you need for a perfect getaway!
P.S. I did lose a pair of glasses. They are black/purple and say Hard Candy on the sides. I'm not sure where the hell they went, but we searched the property top to bottom, every drawer, nook and cranny, inside and outside of the house. NOTHING!! They surely didn't grow legs and walk away. If anyone comes across them w r w a r d 8 0 @ g m a i l . c o m without the spaces between the letters. Thank you!

Great place to stay
House was great, convenient location. Only complaint is skimmer for pool needs some work and the pool vac going all the time was annoying. 2 tiny things, and the rest of house is perfect!! Would return.
