Clean and nice location

Had to ask for Towels. No coffee or tea available in the room

- Spacious and clean room - Prime location with nearby amenities: - Grocery store right next to the hotel - Food restaurants in close proximity - Easy access to taxis - Helpful reception staff: - Assisted with communication in Arabic language

- Cleaning staff appeared lazy and spent excessive time on mobile phones. Inefficient and unresponsive cleaning staff. - Inadequate functioning of toilet flush - Slow and unreliable Wi-Fi connection

The room was neat, clean and comfy. The reception staff (both shifts) were very friendly and accommodating.

It was really clean with good smell and the sheets are new. We're happy that this aparthotel provide loofa as one of the toiletries pack- they are keen in keeping the visitors bath enjoyable.

-close from some restaurants and cafes. near by Madina road. -staff were friendly

-ones you get the room so it will stay as it is WITHOUT room service. i mean not making up!!. -lavatory needs basic items, -Towels already torn and worn out!!!!.. -complimentary water was not there till I asked about. -as long as the floor is ceramic, SO IT SHOULD BE SLIPPERS!. unfortunately they don’t have so you need to wear socks or something.
