The property was in a great location, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. David’s communication leading up to and throughout our stay was exceptional.

David, the host was brilliant. Very communicative and a lovely guy, he couldn't have been more helpful. Each room had a double bed and was a decent size room. comfortable lounge with good facilities. Secure private parking for 2 cars. Good supermarkets and Fast Food shops very close by and easy enough to get into the city centre

The rooms were very "minimalist" and needs a bit more of a 'homely' feel. The local area wasn't great but I have no complaints.

it was big enough for all 8 of us and david was so welcoming. There was a bus right outside the property that took us straight into the city centre which was amazing. There was an ASDA and a few other shops just across the road which was ideal as we needed to get a few things in. all in all it was a great stay and would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Manchester with a few people. worth the money.

David was a really nice guy made us feel very welcome in his property went over everything with us when we got there and made sure we was fine before he left. Secure parking and only a short taxi drive into the centre.

Our host David was very helpful and friendly. He was very efficient at answering any questions and accommodated our special requests. Check in was stress free, a tour of the house and keys were handed over. A secure parking space was also provided for our car. David provided us with a very affordable local cab number too and towels and tea and coffee were also available. The house was clean, cosy and spacious and a short cab or bus ride from Manchester Centre. Great location!!! A lock box made check out very easy too.

David was really friendly and made us all feel really welcome at his property. He told us everything we needed to know for our nights stay, and made us all laugh a few times with his sense of humour! We do plan on returning in the future! Thank you David.

So much space for everyone to stay

Maybe just modernised a littler and curtains in the bedroom to stop the light coming in

was lots of room

there was no TVs in room and was with all different age groups so was hard with only one tv

Was comfy stay, TV was a bit dodgy couldn’t connect the Playstation, in the description it says there’s a room with 2 Double beds, this isn’t the case there is just 4 rooms with 4 double beds, the parking is exceptional, with a fair sized living room and bedrooms.

No mirrors around, issues with TV, too hot at times.

The owner, David, was great. He met us at the property and ran through everything with us perfectly. He also had a laugh and was laid back. The property itself was brill, very clean and close to town. Safe to say we are all very happy with our stay ✌🏻
